Sal, who does their repairs, came out and talked to me. He found the perfect solution! He attached a holding grip at the bottom. The suitcase is now perfection! It's light, rolls well, fits plenty, and I can now easily lift it in the overhead thanks to the grip handle Sal attached at the bottom. Suitcases are something that is worth going to a specialty store to purchase. If you ask questions you realize there are many differences that can make it a better purchase for your needs!
