They do offer foot measurements and have you walk on a device that measures where your foot has the most pressure during steps, which I thought was really cool. They also send you the report automatically and don't try to upsell you on insoles (sorry road runner). Selection: they have a pretty large collection of shoes! If they don't have the color you want, they are more than happy to order it in for you. Value: what sold me was that they are selling you the shoe for the same if not near the same price as what it would cost online. But without the forced membership and shipping fee. I had no idea how popular Torq surfboards were because I was calling shop after shop and the answer was the same "Sorry we're all sold out but the next batch coming in is XX date". I feel extremely lucky to happen upon this shop because what were the chances they'd have the exact BRAND, MODEL, SIZE, and COLOR??? Plus it was like one of the last ones (if not, the last one) in stock at the store. The universe has answered my wishes. The staff was super friendly and easy to talk to as well!

Long story short, she would not budge on her 14 day return policy! I even offered to forfeit the full retail price and use the sales price of the other 2 pair hanging on the rack in the store. Given it was a gift and my friend probably purchased them a little while prior to my Birthday, a 14 day period is far too short and ridiculous when you are talking about a gift. Not to mention she was unpleasant aswell. Sad to say I shall never be returning to that store again, and will urge my friends to do the same.
