But today was a different experience. I accidentally locked my Keys in the car with my child in it. They came to the rescue so fast and utilized all of the resources to help me open up my car safely, quickly, efficiently. The gentleman next-door at the car wash, I can't say enough good things about them! The owner and his wife and their son are always so gracious and wonderful. Some type of fast food inside but didn't pay much attention to the name of it. Smells kinda greasy inside. Like I said for the environment: parking is bad here and I would hate to see this place crowded... it would look like the 405 freeway. Not much space for cars. They have a Cinnabon inside and a Carvel. They have tons of local food items on sale and if you're looking around they have a free popcorn station. You pop your own popcorn and it's self serve. Any time we have visited just for gas, we come out with other stuff, so be prepared to stock up on snacks. The inside is clean and the gas pumps area is also clean. If you're on this side of town and need to gas up or grab some snacks, you should check this place out.

The apple fritter contains walnuts and I wasn't informed of that. Most apple fritters do not contain nuts. My co worker had to use her epi pen. When I called the store the young sounding girl couldn't have cared less, she stated very matter of factly that all smiths apple fritters have walnuts, as if someone who has never purchased one would know that. I called just to let them know to inform their customers but it fell Upon deaf ears... so buyer beware if you have a walnut allergy.

If you're like me and go to Sully's more than grocery stores then you definitely need to get on their rewards system, the process is pretty easy. They give you a card and you can register it with your cellphone so you can just punch in your cellphone number when you check out and instant discount. I love the gas stations that sell all products from local businesses. I think it's important to support our local stores because they are what makes our communities. They have all the goodies here!!! They have tons of small vendors and big shops like Smith's Bakery and Dewar's. I have even ordered a Smith's Bakery cake here before and that's super convenient for me because the next closest Smith's Bakery sells out quick. If you haven't ever visited a Sully's in town, you should check it out. You can pretty much find anything you're looking for here. I was going to pay with my credit card at the pump station but it told me to see the cashier. So I went inside and prepaid with the cashier inside the store. He told me how to work the pump station because I prepaid. When I went back, I followed his instructions and it resetted the screen to show nothing. So I went back inside and had to wait for him because he disappeared to the back. He told me to use another pump station and going to a new pump station worked.

The only problem is their propane prices.Their propane refill is the most expensive in what I've seen in Kern County, as they are about $25 per tank. Don't come here for the propane unless it's an emergency. if they fix that problem and drop to a reasonable price anywhere from 19 to 22 bucks, it's definitely worth coming here for that too. All of that I can overlook in a pinch, but charging for items that I did not purchase is either a cashier scam or not paying attention. After reading the comments here and seeing that others have experienced it too, I realize that there is something going on and I need to speak up.
