Aubrey is the light of our life! I can not express how impressed I am by Kim's staff and facility. I was so worried about getting a lab because that's all I grew up with and I didn't know how I could get another after losing both my black and chocolate in two years (both 15 years old). But Kim talked me through the whole process and answered back so quickly. I felt awful for how many questions I had, but Kim was so nice every time! We have had her a few days now and WOW! At 8 weeks she sleeps through the night, has no issues in her crate (whimpers for maybe a minute max then silence), and knows to go to the bathroom in her box of shavings! She is so smart and loving but most of all the calmest lab I have ever seen for her age! And I've been around dozens of labs. I'm so impressed that even though it kills me to separate from her, I will be leaving her for training for two weeks to help with obedience training. My god parents were also so impressed that they immediately put in a deposit for Gracie and Bears pups coming this week. My grandpa is also looking into Sage and Bourbon pups for duck hunting because he was so in love with ours. Thank you again Stofer labs and Kim! Stofer's labs dogs are the best! Our Piper is almost 3 years old. She is easily the best dog I have ever owned. She doesn't bark, doesn't growl and is friendly to everyone she meets. And working with Kim has been a great experience. She has so many resources available on her website to help you with your dogs care. And if you text her, she usually gets back to you in a matter of minutes. Stofer's labs tells you that they love all the dogs they produce.. I feel that would be a really easy thing to say, but they really stand behind it. They have always been willing to help and give advice to help you and your dog. Also their boarding is great! We are beyond blessed and thankful to have found Kim at Stofer's Labs. We had just started our search to find a beautiful english lab when we stumbled upon Kim's website Pro's ~We called Kim and shared with her our wish list, big blocky head, big paws, white as snow, and a great temperament she spent a lot of time with us talking to us about Stofer's labs. We got our handsome, smart, and mellow (most of the time) Tucker at Stofer's Labs. He just celebrated his fifth birthday! Tucker is so loving and sweet, yet he is better than our doorbell. He alerts us if someone drives up or walks on our property. Our son had major brain surgery a few months ago and he slept with our son providing positive therapy for him. He retrieves our paper everyday rain or shine. He loves his crate and retreats to it often to nap. Tucker is very good with other dogs, people he meets, and performs all kinds of tricks with hand signals. He is the most focused intelligent lab we have ever had! He brings us great joy. We got our beautiful lab puppy--the one and only Maisy--here, and had her early training, socialization here as well. We have boarded and had further training multiple times and could not be happier. Got our dog "Tank" Just before Covid. He is a beautiful dog, large in stature, smart and very friendly. But sometimes can be mischievous. We are so happy with him. Our family lost our black lab when he was a puppy. We were heartbroken and apprehensive to try again but a friend told me about Stofer's Labs, so we got on the list. When our turn came to receive a puppy, we were given so much support. Every silly and paranoid question I had was answered. Every email was answered. Kim was generous with her time and expertise. When we visited the farm, I was gobsmacked. It was pristine and lush. Beautiful running and training areas, gorgeous equipment, the nicest staff, and most impressively, the most behaved and sweet dogs I have ever been around. It felt like Labrador heaven. We were given a personal training session with a trainer and lots of information to bring home. We were delighted that our puppy already had some important behaviours in place-- sit, shake, and down. We got our puppy from Kim four years back. We got very lucky and my dog is really nice. I could contact her any time I wanted help. She always gave us good advice. But we are having bad experience every time I drop him for boarding. Every time I leave him for boarding my dog comes home with some sickness/issues and I have to spend atleast one week to fix his problems. read more

We always wanted a family yellow lab. Takes a lot of research to find a suitable one. So glad to work with Kim and her staff. We decided on the basic good citizen training on the puppy before we picked up Mochi. It was a great decision. Mochi our yellow lab comes home with fully potty trained and basic commends. All my life I have been a pound puppy kind of person, always getting rescue dogs. But I had dreamed of someday having chocolate labs. I found Stofers after much research and recommendations from friends. My first pup, Angus, is now almost 5 years old. He has been the perfect combo plate of mellow and playful right from the start. Very easy puppy, ball-crazy when it's playtime, totally chill when it's not. At the time I had another older dog and he immediately made friends with him. Then last year, I got Islay, a female. Who knew there could be an even better dog than Angus. Islay is beyond sweet, unbelievably affectionate and easy to have around. My partner and I feel so lucky to have these Stofer's dogs, because they just seem to balanced compared to other dogs in our life - they don't bark unnecessarily, they aren't aggressive, they don't have any weird habits or neuroses. Unfortunately, they are too strong for me to walk, as I am a bit older. But that's my fault for not training them well. And, one more thing....they are absolutely gorgeous. We purchased our silver lab puppy from Stofer labs in August. We opted for the extended 4 week training program and finally got our puppy in September. Our puppy was amazing from the moment she arrived. She is mellow, sweet, and well behaved. She already mastered many commands and was completely potty and crate trained. Kim was quick to answer any questions I had and clearly breeds great dogs. I have three kids and our puppy loves my kids and is so sweet, this is clearly because of the way Stofer labs treats them. We left our Mini Schnauzer Audrey here for almost 2 weeks while we were out of the country. I visited several months before our trip and was immediately impressed by the facility/grounds. There are many enclosures for dogs, the majority of them being Labs of all ages. The dogs behave so well, it's quiet and just doesn't seem like any boarding facility I have ever been to. Kim (the owner) was very pleasant and always got back to me quickly when I had questions. I believe everyone that works here is family; either way, all were very helpful! I was concerned because Audrey had never been left for that period of time before, and when we did leave her, it was with a friend. But after meeting Kim and seeing the facility, I had no worries! Got my wonderful white lab here in 2011. He is the best lab ever! Very well mannered and not hyper at all. He loves people and is an amazing dog with all my 4 children. He gets so excited when he gets to go to doggie camp when we go on vacation. This makes me feel like he truly enjoys seeing Kim and all her adorable dogs. Kim is amazing!
