I had another necklace that I wanted shortened by a few inches and a new clasp added on. Which meant a new jump ring for the bigger clasp. They did this for me also. I spoke with Ryan, who was very attentive and assured me not to worry, the bracelets would be fixed. I was glad to learn they have an in-house goldsmith who handles all repairs, so this brought me peace of mind. Upon inspection, Raymond told me I should hear back within a day or so with an estimate. Lo and behold, I did receive a call back quickly and approved the repair cost. The repairs were completed within the estimated time frame. However, during the repair process, one of the bracelets (18k gold two-tone) lost a diamond on the top facing side of the link. Not to worry, said Ryan, they would fix it at no charge. I got a call the next day that it was fixed. I walked over, only to discover that now the bracelet was missing another diamond on the inner-facing side of the link. This particular bracelet holds a sentimental value to me due to its design and because it commemorates a milestone memory. Diamonds on the top links and double-sided with an inscription underneath. Each link contains the same inscription underneath with one diamond stone per link. Anyhow, once I pointed out the issue, Ryan assured me they would fix it, at no additional cost. I was expecting a call back perhaps 2-4 days later but to my surprise, I got a call the next day that my bracelet was ready. Upon careful and close inspection, the bracelet was repaired perfectly. The other bracelet (18k white gold) had no issue and was repaired perfectly the first time around. Overall, I was very pleased with Ryan and the staff's exceptional service. Kruger's will now be my go-to place for all repairs, and I will definitely come back as I have my eye on a lovely diamond bracelet.

You can purchase a three-year warranty for batteries for each watch. This warranty has been handy when we have needed batteries. Ray's batteries have been extremely reliable over the years. He also sales watches, watch bands and an assortment of jewelry and accessories. Today when I was in the shop I noticed a number of crosses, which I had not noticed previously. The watch battery warranties are reasonable and affordable. Installation of batteries have been done quickly and with excellence. My hubby thought I might like some earrings they were selling. When I asked why my Seiko stopped working, he said, "I don't know." I asked, "Aren't you a watch repair shop?". Ray said, "It needs to be serviced." I asked, "How much does it cost to be serviced?" I am a watch collector and I ONLY bring my watches to them for work. If you have a high end Swiss automatic (Rolex, Omega) they will be honest and let you know they can't service it. Most places will say they can do more and ruin a Rolex and wash their hands of any responsibility. They charge 5% of what you'll pay at the mall or other places for watch or jewelry maintenance. They are quick, easy and friendly. I had 6 watches worked on today for only $60 total, the mall wanted $150 a piece.
