I spoke with Ryan, who was very attentive and assured me not to worry, the bracelets would be fixed. I was glad to learn they have an in-house goldsmith who handles all repairs, so this brought me peace of mind. Upon inspection, Raymond told me I should hear back within a day or so with an estimate. Lo and behold, I did receive a call back quickly and approved the repair cost. The repairs were completed within the estimated time frame. However, during the repair process, one of the bracelets (18k gold two-tone) lost a diamond on the top facing side of the link. Not to worry, said Ryan, they would fix it at no charge. I got a call the next day that it was fixed. I walked over, only to discover that now the bracelet was missing another diamond on the inner-facing side of the link. This particular bracelet holds a sentimental value to me due to its design and because it commemorates a milestone memory. Diamonds on the top links and double-sided with an inscription underneath. Each link contains the same inscription underneath with one diamond stone per link. Anyhow, once I pointed out the issue, Ryan assured me they would fix it, at no additional cost. I was expecting a call back perhaps 2-4 days later but to my surprise, I got a call the next day that my bracelet was ready. Upon careful and close inspection, the bracelet was repaired perfectly. The other bracelet (18k white gold) had no issue and was repaired perfectly the first time around. Overall, I was very pleased with Ryan and the staff's exceptional service. Kruger's will now be my go-to place for all repairs, and I will definitely come back as I have my eye on a lovely diamond bracelet.

Had I not flagged someone down for my pickup, I probably wouldn't have been serviced. There were several employees standing and observing. The store itself is beautiful with pieces on display. They also have different sections for engraving as well as a color bar. From what I read, you can customize your own piece by selecting your metals and gemstones. I was interested but again, no one really cared to assist me so I decided against it. After picking up my order and making it to the car, I decided to check out my earrings. Luckily I did because one of the earrings was actually broken so I decided in that moment to take them back and get another pair. I explained this to the first worker I encountered and she went to get me another pair without a problem. However, the lady assisting me at the register with the exchange (who was the same lady I'd just picked up my order from) actually retrieved pliers and attempted to fix it. After a few moments, I had to tell her that I didn't want this pair fixed but a brand new pair considering I literally just purchased them and didn't have a chance to "break" them myself. After that, she agreed and simply swapped the earrings. The line for the café was long so unfortunately, I was unable to try it. I love the pieces offered and the community partnerships Kendra Scott has but customer service could be better.

We went mid week knowing there was a 15$ discount for non weekend days. Our 1st time with needle piercing. The longest part with a minor in needing documentation of a gov/ state ID. Seriously TX.. it seems like theres more laws around minors getting their ears pierced or gender bathroom drama vs gun ownership.. insane. Not STUDS fault. Nice folks who helped us feel comfortable right from hello, helped us pick out flat back studs for my daughters 2nd piercing. All in was about 170.00ish. $50 per ear then the flat back studs $35ish for each. Pain level 5 out of 10 (10 being worst) with the needle method vs mall gun 8/10 says my middle school daughter who gets very anxious quickly. She said is was just a pinch like getting a flu shot. All in all we'd go back. The piercer was very good with infection control (i work in the medical field). They marked the spot and wasn't rushing when we decided on the optimal spot. Paperwork took longer than the 2, 2nd hole piercings. My daughters eat wasn't red hot like the blunt mall gun post needle procedure. Id go back to get more piercings even with the cost being a lot more than the gun piercing method at the malls. Would be super fun to come with friends to get the ear dazzled and take home a bit o Austin.

Please bear in mind, I had never done business here before, so it's not like he was doing a favor for an old client. I insisted he at least charge me something, so he settled for $20. Aside from kindness to strangers, this place also has a very nice selection of fine watches at reasonable prices. If I'm looking for an upgrade, I'll certainly keep this establishment in mind.

I have used Jerry and Kathy McCoy at McCoy Jewelcraft for about 20 years. He has done everything from putting batteries in watches for me to, to replacing some little cheapy stone that fell out of the face of my "not real" diamond watch. About 10 years ago I had him appraise all my "real" jewelry and make me a custom bracelet that was a dinner watch my mother left me when she died. She had a tiny wrist. I do not, but the diamonds in the watch were beautiful. So Jerry brainstormed and came up with a brilliant idea to make a bracelet out of it with a solid gold band, and he set a beautiful opal in the center where the watch face was. It is spectacular and I wear it when I travel and out to fancy restaurants. Someone invaribly comments on how beautiful it is. I picked up another customer piece from him today. I purchased a very rare opal and took it to Jerry to have him set it in a ring, surrounded by diamonds. He worked on it for less than a month and it is an absolute masterpiece! I am absolutely thrilled. I have sent several friends to the McCoy's as well, and they were extremely happy with the service and quality of the work. One of them even said Jerry caught the fact that stones were about to fall out of a customer heirloom piece of hers if she would have worn it again. They also do appraisals. Their prices are great, their silver and gold exchange prices couldn't be more fair, and they are absolutely wonderful people. Don't go to anyone but theses guys!!!!! read more

I needed my engagement ring sized way, way down, and the whole process was explained to me (from the cleaning to the re-plating to the cleaning again). Pricing and timing were also clearly stated. Pricing seemed very fair (though I'm not working with any standard of comparison-- it was way less than I expected it to be): As for timing, I was quoted a week but told not to be surprised if I got a call on Monday or Tuesday (the ring was dropped off on Friday). What DID surprise me was getting a call Saturday morning to let me know the work was done and the ring was ready to be picked up. Y'all, I can't even tell there was work done to it except that it finally fits! There is nothing that visibly indicates this isn't exactly how my ring was from the very beginning. I'm ashamed to say in my excitement I forgot to get the name of the gentleman who helped me, but he was wonderful (and even greeted me by name when I came back in to get the ring). I simply cannot rave enough about the service and quality of work here. I'll be coming back for all of my jewelry-related needs.

I asked the young guy behind the counter if he could work on my watch and he said he'd have it done in ten minutes and it'd be about five bucks, maybe a little more depending on which battery it took. While he was toiling away I looked around at the various sparkly things (definitely NOT a lack of those) and after about five minutes he looks up from his bench and goes "Uh, I can't get your watch to work. I've tried a few different batteries, it just won't work." Of course I was bummed out, I love my watch! The reason that I gave this place five stars is because he was honest with me. He said it'd be cheaper to just buy another watch rather than have it repaired and apologized that he wasn't able to just get a battery in it and send me on my way. A+ for honesty, friendliness, and quick service that is affordable. Will definitely be back if I need something else!

I was concerned the profile was too high, but Kat reassured me it was lower profile that the picture indicated. I picked up the ring yesterday, and could not be happier. It is exactly what I wanted, and at a very reasonable price. Kat was completely right--the stones are not anywhere near as high as I had feared. I will be a repeat customer! Patience is required when waiting for the completed piece, but wow was it worth it!!! Very, very nice people own and work at Midas, not something that can be taken for granted in a jewelry store.
