When I called Floro about my scratched tub, he hung up on me. A few months after the tile installation, we knew something was wrong when we saw water leaks on the ceiling of the room below the recently tiled bathroom. The plumber we hired said the height of the tile prevented the toilet from being installed correctly: the stack needed to be extended. Essentially, the water was leaking into the subfloor. When I called Floro about the toilet being installed incorrectly and that I had to hire a plumber to fix the problem, he said "what can I say" and hung up again on me. I suggest you think twice before working with this group.
