It is now on Waiwai Loop right next to the rail station and Lagoon Chinese restaurant. They have a few parkings in front of the store. Once you enter the store, I was like "wow", the display are so nice. There are so many choices, everywhere you look, it is like a dream bathroom or kitchen display. The people who work there are also very helpful. I showed them the video of my toilet valve issue. They explained to me the steps that I need to do to change the valve. They even bring out a sample valve to show me how to do it, such information helps me a lot when I do my repair instead of reading through the manual. If you need bathroom stuffs, this is the place to go. They also have plumbing services, but it will cost me $100 to have someone change the valve for me. Installation by in-house team was efficient and precise. We had to have toe-kicks redone for installation of removable brackets and that too was professionally accomplished. These are not your run of the mill big box store or 'made in China' cabinets. Various selections to make for hardwoods, design and finish - this is truly custom cabinetry at its best. We did a total remodel of a completely outdated kitchen. They worked with us to layout, design and choose the cabinets that would work for us. They were patient and explained everything that needed to be done throughout the entire process. Once the cabinets, and counter-tops were picked out it was time to get started. My son and I had the pleasure or ripping out the old kitchen, I can't begin to describe the joy that I experienced doing the destruction myself. Hard work, but worth every sweaty hour. When the time came to put in the kitchen, John Cook was completely ready to go. I believe it took them only about 4 days or so to install and double check the entire thing. Mind you that this included coordinating with the plumber and the electrician. All in all we love our kitchen, and we are exceptionally happy with John Cook kitchens
