Always do an amazing job on my travertine. Used them many times and always recommend this company.

Unfortunately the brown grout didn't set and bled onto the white tiles leaving them stained. They came back and removed the grout and tried to remove the staining. But must not have gotten it tall out and there are now brown rings in the white tiles. I hired this company to resurface the travertine flooring in my house. I would NOT recommend this company since their workman ship is not detail oriented. I had to point out to the person what he has missed. His equipment cracked a lot of stones in the house. I would choose a professional company to do the The company wanted to have their money every day before they start their work! I would highly recommend Steve and his company for cleaning stone and tile floors. Steve was quick to respond to my call requesting a quote and came to my house to look at my floors to give me a bid. While at my house he explained exactly what he would do in each room and gave me a quote. He cleaned travertine in my dining room, kitchen, and laundry room and tile floors in 5 different bathrooms. I needed to refurbish my travertine floor. Since I don't know of any contractors, the logical thing to do is to go on Yelp. That's how I found Steve of Stone Doctors. The whole experience was great! Steve was on time on both appointments - 1 to check out the floor in order to give me a quote and the other, to do the actual refurbishment. He was meticulous from start to finish. He would first fill the holes with epoxy as much as possible. Next, he sanded and polished the entire floor before finishing the job with sealant. We are super pleased with the result - the travertine floor looks like new! Steve is awesome! He gives excellent service and his quality of work is very good. His price is very reasonable too. I thought I hated our floors until Steve of Stone Doctors totally transformed them! I am so pleased with the final product! First, he was very prompt in coming out to give me a detailed estimate, and was able to fit us into his schedule promptly. We had just moved into a new home and the travertine floors hadn't been properly cared for. They looked dirty, stained, and dull, and I couldn't understand why anyone would want travertine in their home.... After Steve's work they look like completely different floors, and I'm so much happier with how they make the house look and feel! He was even able to fill a previously cracked tile so that it looks like a natural vein in the stone as opposed to a crack. He was such a pleasure to work with. I decided to try Stone Doctors after having a bad experience with another granite repair place. Stone Doctors was recommended by my neighbor. We had a very long crack in our granite countertop. Stone Doctors first filled in the crack with a matching color, then sanded and polished it. It looks so much better! And they charged half of what the first place charged. The first place I used didn't even fill in the crack - they just put a clear silicone coating over the crack so it remained highly visible, with a wide visible gap in the granite.
