My black stone shower floor gets white and drives me nuts. Only 3 years old and little ole me is the only one who showers, the shower floor looks like white scum all over. Will suggested a sealer and is very knowledgeable about stone and the reaction to cleaners etc. He coated my shower floor and also cleaned my carpets. He is willing to come back if the 2 coats of sealer need more attention. I am impressed with his knowledge of tile and his fistedness at cleaning and care. Hopefully this coating will last a year but if not he will reseal the tile. The willingness to stand by his work is very important to me. read more

A contractor dropped a can and chipped the granite countertop. Will came to the rescue. He repaired and sealed the chip so that it is almost invisible. Will gave me a quote yesterday and finished our job today. He is super accessible and responsive. He has a golden personality one wishes everyone in the world can be as nice. With his powerful machine, our greasy kitchen marble floor was cleaned and restore to its original color. He applied powerful cleaner and wait 15 min then brushes off years of stain with the machine. Then comes with his super jet steamer washes and vacuum the chemical out. The floor and grout used to be super dark and now it is sparking white. His big van has tones of different machines, sand papers, buffers and liquids. I am sure he does a lot more than just marble. The only concern I have is his lost of sense of smell due to a cold and now he can't smell the strong sealant. I hope he can remind himself to wear a respirator when working. He deserves to have great health. Such a nice guy. I'll call him for sure for my next flooring restoration. Oh and BTW...unbeatable reasonable price. read more

I called Will to help correct a DIY project that had gotten away from me. After pouring several bags of concrete to make polished concrete countertops, I was left with very rough and uneven surface. Will brought his creativity and experience to help me problem solve the situation and was able to grind and polish the 20+ feet of countertop, to a 400 grit finish. The result looks better than my wife and I could have imagined. Throughout the process he checked in with me to offer suggestions on how to achieve the best finished product.
