It's too bad I like their ice cream for me to come back for the fourth time. The guy behind the counter looks like he hates his job, no welcome greeting, no smiling. It's amazing that this place remains open. There is an empty refrigerated display that seems like it's been unused for a while (why keep it in the front of the store????). Bathroom has out of order sign but I really have to wonder if it is truly out of order or if the guy behind the counter put the sign there to keep customers from having to stay in the store any longer than they have to. read more

The guy who worked here was miserable. Hope it was just a bad day, but I will never go back based on his mood. Who the heck wants to go get ice cream and deal with someone in a bad mood? That defeats the entire purpose of getting ice cream. You might think you get ice cream for the taste, but that's only part of it. You also get ice cream to get in a good mood. I ordered two small ice creams: one with M&Ms and sprinkles and the other with just sprinkles. This cost just under $10. So ... let me rephrase what I wrote above. Who the heck wants to get ice cream, deal with someone in a bad mood, and pay almost $10 for that ice cream? The taste was just okay. Maybe the negative mood impacted the taste. Not sure. The owner/ employee who is always working has the worst attitude of anyone i've ever met. I was visiting the mall alone and wanted to get a treat since it was my birthday. I use a service animal for a fainting disorder and the owner yelled at me from the door that i could not enter. There was no one else with me to wait outside with my dog or to go in and order for me. I tried to explain this is a service animal and NOT a pet but he wouldn't let me. I even asked if i could order from outside the door. This man SCOFFED at the suggestion and i became so unbelievably offended i left right then. Not to mention, the past MONTHS their "public" restroom has been "out of order" I see others reviews and they are very reflective of the man working, not directly the quality of the food he's selling. No point in further action since he will be out of business with that attitude in no time! read more

-5 if possible This place was alright to say the absolute least. The owner was working and he was so rude to the customers in front of me as well as me. Extremely rushed unfriendly and unprofessional. I asked him when checking out why so rushed? He then proceeded to let out an exasperated sigh and respond still rude. Then when I was walking out he continued to talk about the situation to the customer behind me as if he wasn't the one in a terrible mood. Zero stars if possible. So the ice cream is bad, but this place is a hazard. They yelled at us to keep it down (we were a party of 10). It's an ice cream shop not a library. Then they kept yelling as we left. Once we were outside someone from the shop came out and got in my face in front of my family and threatened to punch me. He also dared me to punch him first and made contact with me. Totally outrageous and this place should be closed down. Also the ice cream is not even good. As we were leaving the guy lurked in the parking lot and took pictures and video of my family and my truck. If you like being assaulted when getting ice cream with your family, you might enjoy this place. read more

I have been here many times and am never been disappointed with the ice cream. It is a cold stone style place so you can pick anything you want to add to your ice cream. The only thing is that the staff is not super friendly.. Like I said I have been here many times but that is because I like a few restaurants next to this place. It is no different then other ice cream places but if the staff at least pretended to be nice and put a smile on their face this would make this place awesome. read more

Me and my friends went for ice cream on a Saturday night. We love trying ice cream and different places around florida just to find our favorites. We walked in and it is a crowed night, the ice cream parlor isn't huge so we are squished in a corner. Eventually it is our turn to order and when i go to order the man working behind the counter can't hear my order. He asked the people to quiet down and i could see they got offended by that. The people that were eating started making jokes about being quiet and how it isn't a library and i understand that, but maybe they could have kept their kids from screaming. As the last one in my friend group is ordering the family that was eating is walking out and as the dad (i'm assuming) walked out saying something like, "Guess we can't have fun in a ice cream parlor anymore". Which i guess wasn't wrong but you don't always have to speak your opinion. The worker that originally told them to be quiet said "Did he really just say that?" and started speed walking to the door. Me and my friends weren't necessarily scared but i saw little kids outside that were scared and hiding behind their moms/dads. I could hear yelling but couldn't see much of what was going on all i heard was "Get this guy off of me". I was starting to get worried so we payed for our stuff and left. I saw the family that was getting yelled at by the worker sit there in shock about what just happened and they were talking with each-other about it, i wanted to walk up to them and apologize especially because they had little kids with them, but i decided to just walk to my car and have a fun night with my friends. As we are driving out i hear one of my friends say "He's taking pictures of them" And i look over and see that the worker is videoing or taking pictures of this family's license plate, their car, and them. The ice cream was ok, but there is better in the area especially if you need a welcoming atmosphere to enjoy food. I hope that family is ok, especially the dad and kids. read more

Visited your establishment for the first time and the last time, extremely rude customer service, didn't even say hello, didn't even say thank you. Asked for a sample and told no because that's all they had left in the container. Who ever was working on 2/17 needs to have an attitude adjustment and be happy that they have a job. First, I thought this was part of a national chain and it is not. I ordered a cone, which I have to say, over $6 for ice cream is a lot. But, if it is good quality that is good. There was something off with the cone, but I could not figure it out until I had that last bite... it was stale. Very stale. Grossly stale. I went back to the store and spoke to an middle aged gentleman, who I guess is the owner. He did not seem to care. I would not waste my money on this place, especially when there is a yogurt place up a block and around the corner. Their lack of caring convinced me to never spend money there again... and now to find out they are local and are doing that in the summer when no one is here, you are done. read more

However, this would be a 5-star review, but the service the last 2 times I went this week wasn't as friendly.
