Me and my family just moved in here and we absolutely love it. The kids,my pets cat & dog are happy too. My apartment was recently renovated so everything is brand new. The living room is huge enough space for me and my family. The kitchen is a decent size with lots of storage. The bedrooms are a decent size as well. Bathroom is a decent size too. We are absolutely happy here. They have a playground for my kids to enjoy as well as a pool. We can't wait for summer to go swimming. I just want to say that Gina & Karina are great at their job and made the application process, move in process run smoothly. They answered any questions I had and are very helpful. My father and I are both so appreciative of the entire StoneCrest Pointe team. From their patience, kindness, and unwavering hospitality we experienced on the first day we toured the property to all help completing the steps along the way to move-in; this apartment complex is unlike any other we've ever been to. Karina, Gina, and Selene are absolutely wonderful and so sweet! It's in a nice area in Fullerton, and the community is very quiet and the apartment is quite spacious (as well as recently updated!). A complex that provides housing at an affordable rate (if you pay on time and follow the strict legalities of the however many page contract) and 0 service Please see screenshots for my google review for more info. They decided to reply which provides additional detail on my original comment that THEY DO NOT CARE. Advising specific legal terms of why they are doing what they are doing because it's within some legal code they feel is fair. Really don't like to write negative reviews, if you see my profile on google and Yelp the majority are positive, but this complex is nickel and dime company who only has their bottom line at interest, and when needing to deal with them I guarantee that's what kind of service you will get. Lastly, to further discuss the loud noise from the dealership, I specifically asked about noises during the day as I had a night time job and the team advised it's a quiet gated neighborhood. If your team cared, you would have been upfront about the noise from the dealership and that large "wall" provides no support for a sound barrier as the majority of it is a wired gate. I do appreciate your general niceties in your response but my review is fair and appropriate for how I was treated in the short time at your complex and I hope you take it into consideration. read more

I moved in here 9 mos ago after calling over 30 apt complexes throughout OC but my credit is less than 600. From the beginning Gina the manager was very helpful and worked with me. 2 mos later I lost my full time job was late the last few mos but if you keep communication open the manager Gina works with you. Yes, she is strict but I'd rather have strict than have neighbors allowed to turn the place upside downmade. Price: reasonable vs other apts in the West Fullerton area Apt: wood floors in kitchen and bathroom, kitchen cupboards are not standard and slightly smaller, if on end unit your living room and bedroom are huge in my opinion. Carpet in living room and bedroom, dining area very small, ceiling fan in dining area, most apts have security front doors in addition to the front door. Plumbing is ehh at times, but Gina has been quick to fix my issues when needed. I haven't had any illegal entries, we always have a note on door at least 24 hrs prior to their entry. Cats are allowed w deposit. Landscaping is kept up very well. Haven't experienced the pool yet. Parking is very limited. No guest parking but there's plenty in surrounding neighborhood, Fullerton PD can ticket for overnight parking but I've had no guests with that issue yet and plenty parking across street but wouldnt advise parking overnight. 5min from over downtown Fullerton, plenty of places to eat nearby. I think my biggest annoyance is the suburu next door their service dept can be very loud w music and overhead speakers. If you work nights DO NOT get apt next to the wall of suburu. 12 month lease, manager lives on site. Entrance gate IS NOT BROKEN, it remains open during the day and closes i think after 6p and is closed on wkds each tenant gets a gate clicker. Mail boxes aren't inside the complex but line the front of the complex on Orangethorpe. Its basic but clean and well kept Thats all i can think of. I hope this helps you. read more

Stonecrest Pointe looks like a nice place to live on the surface but the longer you live there the more odd and uncomfortable it is. The Manager lives on property which can be helpful, however the Manager runs the apartments more like a Prison Warden than an Apartments Manager. The pool is only open during the summer. Parking is a HUGE problem. Your guest will get towed for any infraction. The apartments are very HOT and very old. There was a consistent plumbing back-up problem. The apartments only look nice cosmetically. When we had an electrical fuse problem the Management pushed the blame on us for supposably putting too many plugs in our apartment, and where going to leave us the whole weekend without air-conditioning. When I went to discuss the second time with the Assistant Manager, they promptly called their electrician out. When I discussed with him, mentioning I didn't want to over power the fuses, he simply stated that there was no reason to worry, the apartment just needed an upgrade which he had done, and everything would be fine now, which it was. When it really got bad was just when we were about to move. My truck was unlawfully towed from Stonecrest Pointe Apartments. When I went to pick up the truck from To'and Mo Towing, I made it a point to have the attendant that morning go with me to the truck to prove that I had not tampered with anything and that the parking sticker was displayed on the vehicle. The attendant expressly acknowledged the parking sticker was clearly already present. I took a picture which I used to proceed with legal action for reimbursement of the charges from both Stonecrest Pointe and To'and Mo. When my attorney presented the case to both of the defendants attorneys, the witness from To'and Mo lied and made up a complete fabrication of what had happened. Not only did they lie, they told two different stories to the two respective attorney's from Stonecrest Pointe and To'and Mo. The Manager could never admit they made a mistake and furthermore denied even having the paperwork that the truck was registered with the Management Office, which it had been since the time that we had moved in. Also an employee of the apartments admitted to me that there were many unfair and unethical things being done by the Manager, however they feared for their job and would not go into it. When we moved out made sure to clean the apartment completely, the Management wrote that the apartment was filthy which it was not. We only got half of our deposit back and it had written on the check that if you cashed the check it meant that the apartment Management was no longer liable for anything. When we ask for a check without this, the Management refused, basically refusing to give us any of that deposit back without relieving them of any liability. Moved here mid 2020 Gina the manager and Maria the assistant manager were very helpful when applying. The apartments are kept cleaned and maintenance is done in a timely manner. Neighbors are kind, respectful and overall everyone keeps to themselves. The area is also great cause its close to grocery stores & restaurants. read more

I have lived at Stonecrest Pointe Apartments for a year and half now and have had nothing but a good experience. Very well kept and clean at all times, repairs are made immediately and professionally after being reported, all staff and managment on grounds very polite, professional, courteous and helpful. Plenty of laundry facilities always available, the many laundry rooms kept very clean and neat at all times. The complex is always quiet and peaceful, with a family feeling and atmosphere. I have paid much more at other complexes that came nowhere near the excellent service and attention the staff gives each tenant at Stonecrest Pointe. You honestly cannot go wrong with Stonecrest Pointe, especially for the prices. I've lived in many places in Orange County and this is one of the best in my experience. read more

The manager, Gina: She does her job well and is very knowledgeable, thorough, helpful and fair. If you follow the rules in the lease you signed, then you won't have any problems with her. She often gives a courtesy call/written note first with the opportunity to make any necessary corrections before she takes any steps towards fines or punishments. She was helpful and honest about my situation and was willing to work with me. What more can I really ask of a manager? The complex: It is kept clean on a regular basis. There is plenty of parking if people follow the rules of having one vehicle in their carport, which Gina does help monitor. There's plenty of dumpsters that are emptied often. The landscaping is manicured and taken cared of. The people: There are a variety of people living here, based on the people I've seen so far. I have seen families with children, single people at multiple age ranges and young couples. The amenities: There are plenty of washing machines around the complex. I found two larger laundry rooms, and one tiny one by the pool. There are vending machines by the pool. There is also a playground. The unit: Well maintained unit, especially for when this complex was built. Wood floors in kitchen and bathroom. Carpet in living room, and bedrooms. There's space between the baseboard and carpet that I don't think is supposed to be there, but it's not a big deal. I had a problem with the bathroom faucet, it was taken cared of immediately and efficiently. Overall, the manager and maintenance work hard on keeping this complex a clean, and positive environment for people to live in. read more

If I could give a zero I would. I had to pay $950 for "damages" and we didn't get our security deposit back. ALSO she would enter the apartment without permission of coming in AND she was very rude and never understanding. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Pay the extra whatever you have to for a better manager and a better complex. Also the front gate is broken so anyone can walk in at any time. I don't see that as very safe. Live at this place is the same thing to be in a Super Max Security Prison. You will lose all of your rights as a human being. The place is well taken care, but you will pay the price for it. Parking is a huge hustle, your fest are not allowed to park inside the property, very restrictive rule on how you must use the pool. Plus the manager is rude and very inconvenient. read more

If you are considering to live in these apartment, just walk away. I have lived here for almost three years. There has been illegal entries into my home which I am currently taking to court, there have been lies in my file such as my kids riding scooters, when my boys have not had a scooter since they were about five years old. There was reports where she supposedly spoke to my unsupervised children at the pool, but I was never even informed. My children have never been unsupervised at the pool and to be honest do not even enjoy the pool there. The corporate office has been very responsive however there has never been any discipline given to the woman who manages these apartments. Her name is Gina. This place is not a bad place, the apartments are not luxurious but livable, clean overall because the maintenance guy is super cool, humble, and does a good job. The manger sits in the front with her family watching the cameras. Although I agree that management should take care of the place they manage, this person goes above and beyond to make you feel like you are being watched wherever you go. I am not sure if her husband is on the payroll, but you will find him in the office every single day. In an instance, she screamed at my sister for parking for about 30 seconds and later she was waiting for her elderly mother to get in the car and spend longer waiting for her. I took pictures of her and her car, I have contacted corporate, I have wrote them a letter, and this woman is still there. It is so sad that so many people move in and out so often. These apartments are the perfect location and there are so many good things about living around this area but please, do not move in as long as she is the manager. Save your self from the problems you will for sure encounter here. By the way, the comment from Maria H is so unnecessary, she is the assistant manger here, who rates themselves? To her defense, she is a lot less of what Gina is. If anything, I submit any request or ask any questions on the weekend, when she is there. read more

GINA is most the most unprofessional apartment manager I have ever met. She slapped a huge unpealable sticker on my car windshield when my boyfriend was moving out of his apartment. My car was parked outside the apartment while moving furniture into it for 20 mins, and she had already contacted a tow truck. She insisted it was against policy and refused to remove the sticker. The sticker DID NOT COME OFF. Every time I tried to peel a piece off the adhesive still stuck on the windshield with a layer of white paper. The sticker she used was 8.5 by 11 inches (215.9 mm x 279.4 mm) which is the size of standard printing paper making it DANGEROUS for me to drive my vehicle due to the fact it was blocking my view. When I approached her I went to shake her hand to introduce myself she rolled her eyes and refused to shake my hand. My boyfriend lived in these apartments for over 15 years and he has never experienced any other manager like her! She is horrible for so many other reasons. She needs to be terminated. When asked for the corporate number to file a compliant she gave me a fake number. Overall these apartments need to be under new management. read more
