Staff that took our to-go order was friendly including the staff that packaged our food. We ordered a family meal with salad, pasta and full tri tip - Half BBQ, half with Gorgonzola butter. The half BBQ was great, however the other half with Gorgonzola butter, the entire piece was mainly FAT. Disappointed, but we still attempted to eat it as we didn't want it to all go a waste. Honestly SHOCKED how delicious the chicken breast is (the lemon garlic). Makes my mouth water just thinking about it! I can't bring myself to try anything else because the chicken is SO GOOD. Also the place is clean, and it's never been packed when I go so I'm happy about that. The rest of the family is always happy with their food as well. We visit this location about two times a week and enjoy the privacy at the tables because there is plenty of seating availability during the week for lunch. We get the best service from Jake as he is very accommodating, polite, knowledgeable and professional in his position. He always goes the extra mile to give exceptional customer service! The lunch specials are very affordable and delicious. We have also ordered from their catering for various parties and everyone enjoyed all the selections. it takes approximately 7-10 minutes to get your lunch served to your table during the week. Weekends tend to be a bit longer depending on how busy they are but I've never encountered along wait time. Stonefire Grill has great food and service. The people are friendly, cooperative, timely. Your food comes so fast it's like being at a fast food restaurant but it's always moist and tender. The ribs are out of this world. Although the servings have gotten a little smaller overtime almost every restaurant servings have been similar. I think they call it shrink inflation, but Stone fire Grill is classic barbecue fall off the bone, tender, and one of my favorite places all time. I changed up my usual coming here and got their French Dip. The sandwich is alright nothing too special. The mashed potatoes are amazing. The lack of au jus sauce they give is disappointing you are given a tiny dish for dipping. read more

My husband and I enjoy the food (and especially the lunch menu) at Stonefire Grill--and visit at least once a month.They have a variety of delicious salads, sandwiches, pasta, pizza and more to choose from. We went there today with our son-in-law and grandchildren and we all enjoyed our food. Willie, the manager always checks with the customers to be sure that they are happy with their meals. We ordered food to go. It was awful. The shredded pork wasn't shredded. It was chewy and fatty. Wasn't even cooked all the way. My son almost throw up after one bite. Not sure what's going on with that place but the quality is going down. We were very disappointed I paid almost $60 for bad quality food. read more

For the Memorial Day weekend we ordered one of their Mega Feast plus added another Tri-Tip, and Pepperoni Pizza since there were going to be quite a few people over at the house for a birthday celebration. Got to restaurant when my order supposed to be ready and everything was bagged and ready to go. The server even went over everything with me to make sure it was all there. Everyone enjoyed the food which all tasted really good. The tri-tip was cooked medium well as we requested on our order and everything else was done just right. Atmosphere: it's has a nice sit door restaurant vibe but you just order your food first which I prefer. Casual tire or dress up either way. It won't matter. Staff: everyone's really nice, super sweet and really attentive. We came on a Thursday and it closed at 9 PM a little early but the staff was really nice even though we came one hour before closing, which I don't like to do. Food: the carrot cake was so good definitely order it. The portion sizes are huge. If you order the garlic hot mashed potatoes you can dump the bowel of mashed potatoes out onto the metal serving tray into the delicious garlic butter melted over the chicken. Just right and nothing goes to waste. Guaranteed, you will be overjoyed with this choice. The chicken also can be served with the tasty BBQ sauce. The "coup de grâce" is 2 fresh made bread sticks served with the meal. My two family guests tried the same for the first time and raved about the value and flavors all the way home. Our group has been having meetings during their off hours and the staff has been extremely accommodating and helpful. Many in the group have ordered food and everyone has always been pleased with it. A quick tip is that the kids meals are a great value and large portions. Food always comes out fast and piping hot. The manager always checks to make sure that everything is going all right. I have not been here in a while but it is far from what i remember. We order a meal for a family of 4. The size of the protein portions were very small. Seemed like it was for 2 people and not four or maybe 4 kids. I expected more for what we paid. *Delivery review* What a horrific experience. First off, an entire tri-tip meal (a $26 meal, mind you), was completely missing. However, that may have actually been for the best - more on that later. The additional sauces we paid extra for were also missing, the ranch was missing off of our side of carrots and ranch, and the drink that came with our kids meal was missing as well. Then, for the actual food. The kid's pizza was sad. A thin layer of burnt cheese lay atop an even more burnt crust, and finished with tasteless red sauce in between. My 6 year old didn't go past a slice - if a child doesn't like your pizza, something is wrong. The side of mashed potatoes and beans had literally 0 flavor. Seriously, it didn't taste like anything. To call these "garlic mashed potatoes" is embarrassing. Breadsticks - soggy. They also shorted us an order of them, but it's ok - they weren't missed. Lastly, and absolute worst of all, for the second tri-tip meal we DID get... the meat was completely inedible. I chewed the first piece for over 3 minutes and I still couldn't get it down. I never had meat that tough. Saddest meal I've probably ever had from an eatery. Do not spend your hard earned money here, especially for delivery!!!! read more

Crazy long line but it moves quickly. The line is long because it is counter service. You order first and then you're seated. There isn't much room from the door to the counter and since it is a grand opening a lot of people are coming to try it out. There are many choices to choose from and not knowing what to order holds up the line. We got the feast for 6. We chose tri-tip, whole chicken, 2 large sides of beans and garlic mash, 18 bread sticks and large salad. When we were asked if wanted the tri-tip with garlic butter or bbq, we didn't know. The cashier suggested to have both and they'd slice the tri tip in half so we'd have both flavors. Salad was plenty with LOTS of breadsticks. Great place for family meal. There is something for everyone. Remember Pat & Oscars? It is just like it with better food quality and more delicious choices. The last time I went to this Stonefire Grill I made a comment in my review about the amount of tri tip being meager, but I left 4 stars (good review). I was contacted by Willy Guzman, General Manager, who was disappointed with the 'meager' comment, and asked that I come back in. This past Thursday night I did just that and there was NO disappointment whatsoever. My experience started with Jade A at the front who greeted my wife and I with a smile and warm personality. We ordered off what I call, 'the secret menu,' which is usually reserved for takeout only, TRI TIP STIMULUS, which is $42.99, not including tax, drinks, and tip. WOW, this is a lot of delicious food. You get several options on sides and additions. It EASILY feeds a family of 4. My highlights included the breadsticks (better than Olive Garden) and the AH-MAZING mesquite chicken pizza (better than CPK). Got dinner here for the first time tonight! So easy to download the app and order from my phone for pickup in 20 minutes. Unfortunately, I didn't realize until later that I needed to create a Family Value Rewards account prior to ordering, so I didn't get any credit for my purchase and didn't qualify for a free 1/2 basket of breadsticks. Aww shucks. The tri tip & ribs were very flavorful with tons of meat. Came with a nice little container of mesquite BBQ sauce. Gramma Tay's potato salad was nice and tangy, but the potatoes could have been cooked a tad softer. The baked rigatoni with meat sauce and mozzarella was delicious, perfectly cooked with the right level of al dente, but quite salty. The breadsticks were surprisingly thin and plain... I guess I just wasn't prepared for them after visions of Olive Garden breadsticks from the past. But still very yeasty and had a nice fresh bread flavor. All in all, a great dinner!
