Edit: Phil called in response to my review. See the attached invoice. I had already replaced the camshaft position sensor (a ten minute job), which was new. This did not resolve the code, which indicated the connection was intermittent. I had tested the connector with a multimeter, which indicated there was a bad connection at the connector. This was communicated to the service manager when I dropped off the vehicle. The technician stated that there was a broken tab on the camshaft position sensor, and they replaced the brand new part I had just installed. See the attached photo. That the tab could be broken without being filed off is highly suspect. It's a durable part. That the relatively fragile connector was damaged is more credible. In my opinion, as stated to the service manager, it was obviously the part that needed to be replaced. They replaced the connector, which again, I had communicated was the likely issue. They claim to have paid $110 for this part that I can purchase at Napa for $26. So in summary, I paid $685 to have them swap out a $26 connector. I can only conclude they're either dishonest or incompetent. Edit 2: Well Phil, now you're just outright lying. You did not show me the new camshaft position sensor you removed and replaced. Your technician did not perform any diagnostics, and ignored the diagnostic information I provided to you in advance. He just started swapping parts, AND overcharging for the time spent. Even if the sensor needed to be replaced, a $40 part that takes ten minutes to install, to charge me $685 is absurd.

Reply: oil change that's all. 30 min later I was being upsold air and fuel filter. I declined. I knew something was up and checked the oil level before we left the front driveway. It was WAY over filled! I stated that it was overfilled and asked how much they pit into it? They said 16qts. I stated it only holds 13 with the filter. I just left and drained off 3qts at the local autozone parking lot. I always maintain my vehicles at home and had been on along road trip during July and couldn't avoid a on vacation service. Fast forward to January 2025. I put my truck on my lift to service the truck. Guess what I found??? My hand Writing on the oil filter dated 1/2024 with the milage. I was and still am pissed!!! I called multiple times to speak to owner about the fraud that is occuring under their watch. CRICKETS!!!!! I do not want compensation! I want people to understand you can not trust that local Durango Jiffy Lube!!!

The mechanic talked to me like I'm an idiot. I told him it wasn't working and rather than take a look at it he said I would have to bring it in for a diagnostic test. For a blinker bulb? So I went home. It still didn't work after I had paid $80 to have them fix it. I took it back and they had a mechanic look at it again and he actually fixed it, but not for good. It worked for a while off and on so today I called them back because I want my blinker fixed and they told me the manager told them that since I'm not happy with the service I should go somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. WTF!!!

After coming back from the Silverton train ride around 230pm on a Friday, I tried to start my car and it just wouldn't give. After calling around all the local shops, everyone basically told me nothing is open on weekends and they were booked till earliest mid week of the following week. When I called Durango Car Care, I told them my situation and they told me they'd try and look at it if I got there before they close but no guarantees they would be able to fix it on time. AAA came around 4pm and got me to the shop around 430pm. The guys stopped what they were working on and tried to troubleshoot my car. After about 15 minutes, they got it working again!!! They didn't have to do any of that! This literally brought my faith back in humanity! The kindest guys and angels to me that day!! I am so so thankful to them and my AAA guy Daylon. Hands down would recommend these guys!!
