Received good service from David earlier this week. We have had a multi-pure system under our kitchen sink for many years and have been happy with it. I change the filter every year. Recently the multi-pure faucet developed a slight leak and I ordered a replacement faucet but I was unsure about doing this work myself. It was very hard to reach (or even see) the under counter part of the faucet as we have a deep sink that made access difficult. I was not sure that it would be possible. David assured me that he had done this task many times and it would not be a problem - sure enough 10 minutes later it was replaced and works great with no leaks. He was a nice guy, reasonably priced and it easy to set up the appointment and I would not hesitate to call him again or refer him to others. read more

I bought this product 3 years ago and have had to get three replacements because the unit leaks after a few months. The company provided free replacements but refused to compensate me for the installations ($80 each time). So, plan to put up with the inconvenience of replacing the unit and, unless you do it yourself, the cost to have it replaced. read more

What a relief to know the water is truly filtered independent from municipal water plant mistakes.....David is so helpful. Installed under the sink filter for the kitchen and two chorline removers for each shower....could not be happier. I want the water to be chlorinated but I don't want the chlorine on my skin in the shower. It changed how my hair looks and feels, and we have no more itchy skin! This is the best. David recently installed a multi-pure filter in our home in Needham, and in our previous home in Cambridge as well a couple years ago. David Green who owns this company has installed two multi pure water filters at two of my homes. He arrived promptly, installed the filter and completed the work leaving the kitchen immaculate. At the end of the installation, David demonstrates the difference between unfiltered water and filtered by dropping a capsule in a glass of water to show you how the filter has removed chemicals from the drinking water. Its incredibly impressive to say the least. Multi pure is also the top rated filter system by Consumer Reports as well as other evaluators - and you can taste a difference in the water.
