We have been a customer at this location for over 30 years. In the last year and a half they have increased our monthly rent by over 35%. Not sure what is going on but this place is not in great shape and not well managed. read more

I was looking for a cheap storage online and they connected me with stor-all storage . I have been very happy with the clean facilities inside and outside . David the manager is always helpful in answering my questions about switching to a smaller unit or the hours of operation. He helped me out with tools when my lock would not open . The security is solid there and I feel safe with my belongings stored there. I would highly recommend the business and it's manager for your storage needs anyway. read more

Do not use this place. It is dirty, questionably managed and the staff is RUDE. When I spoke to the guy earlier this week, he said they would be open on Saturday. when I rang the bell, the woman rudely asked "what do you want?" and proceeded to tell me that they were closed for the holiday weekend. I told her that the man I had spoken to on the phone this week had told me they would be open, so she grudgingly let me in and proceeded to take out her annoyance at her husband on me. I was also told on the phone by the male manager (who was quite friendly over the phone) that they had an elevator (my standard question when second floor units are mentioned). When I was shown the unit by the rude female manager, we went up some really wide steps and down some narrow hallways. "Hmmmmm," I thought, "This seems odd." I asked where the elevator is and she said, "We have a lift, not an elevator. If you have furniture, you're going to have a difficult time moving it in here." I thanked her for her time and left. I have been a customer of Stor-All Storage a few times in the past and I am returning to use them again. I came upon the other review accidentally while looking for Stor-All's telephone number. The same management is still in place and they are nice people. Everyone is entitled to a bad day. I know if someone came to my place of business on my day off or on a holiday weekend I wouldn't have answered the door and shown anyone around. This is an older storage place and it does not have all of the bells and whistles like newer places but then but they have a security gate, cameras and the prices are not outlandish like the other places. I have never had pests of any sort or anything that disappeared like I have heard about other storage places. The bottom line. This is a good, safe, secure place to store your things. read more

The "manager" of this facility is beyond rude! The way she speaks to you is wildly unreasonable, illogical and inappropriate. She needs to check her attitude at the door. She speaks to customers in the most outrageously condescending tone of voice. Obviously she hasn't reflected on her mannerisms since the last review in 2007. She should not be in the customer service industry. read more

I've been renting space at Stor-All for a year this July and frequently go in and out to access books, computer equipment, and important papers that I keep there. I should note too that my household furniture is there while I tend my aging Mom. The facility gate opens to coded customers seven (7) days a week from 6:00AM to 9:00PM. The office is staffed Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:30PM. The reviewer claiming that they could not routinely enter surprises me. Did they try to enter without a passcode, or were they there during very early or very late hours? That could explain any irritation... I have never had any difficulty entering the facility when I needed access to my storage area. I have met many of my "neighbors" in the facility. They are regular folks, who have been there long-term, who are friendly and willing to give you a hand if you need to move something heavy. It is not like a lot of places where the turnover is high and new people come and go around you all the time. I'm very security sensitive. I've moved often around the country and regard Stor-All as one of the places I have been most comfortable in. I had a horrible experience in a New Jersey facility that lost its roof in a windstorm and didn't bother to contact me or, as far as I know, any of the other tenants. I feel my property is relatively safe in this place. It's reassuring to have management "on property." They are security gated with cameras and tenant id's on file. It's relative size is another advantage: there is not a high volume of traffic moving in-and-out all the time. When you or anyone else is there, its probably not too hard for the folks in the office to look out for you. I asked the manager about about their future marketing plans; specifically if they were going to start offering people "one month free" to move in. I was concerned about reports of related crimes in area storage facilities, where people took advantage of the offer, drove their trucks into properties, into peoples storage, and drove off with their property. I was gratified to learn there were no plans to start-up a free month introductory program. The price is right. I shopped my space carefully before deciding on Stor-All and they are extremely competitive -- I'm paying twenty to fifty dollars less than I would have to for comparable space at a competitor's facility. Finally, I recognize the place is a little older -- it's been there for some time. I have seen signs of improvement with the grading and drives. And I have heard of the owner's plans to paint and generally "spruce up" the property. I'm fine with it the way it is... but I guess some people would be more comfortable moving into a "prettier" place. That's all for now... read more
