We choose this facility because it was easy to drive in and unload our belongings. It's also close to home and we came back a few times to pick up a few things. I can't remember the name of the gentleman that helped set us up but he was very kind and drove me around in the golf cart to look at the different units. Pricing wasn't too bad considering we got our first month free. No issues with cleaning or theft. When it was time to move out, the guy that helped close our account was also super friendly. I have been in a very difficult time of my life recently, I've had a run of the worse luck a man could possibly have. I lost my parents, my job, my home and I struggle to keep a roof over my head. I am having to live in motels and I must keep my property in storage. I rented a unit from this place and I couldn't have found a friendlier staff who treated me as if I was family. The two employees that run this place Patrick and the other guy who first rented the spot to me are the most friendly, professional, and personable as you could ever find. If you rent a space from here at Stor-Mor, you can rest assured that these folks will not try and nickel and dime you at any given chance. You will get a good rate and new customers get a little bonus that will make you feel like you made a wise decision. The entire place was clean and units were secure and cameras record all activity round the clock. You would feel like your property is safe with these kind folks. Rosie is extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me out. I came in last minute and instead of asking me to come the following day she assisted me and still took each steps needed when providing a new storage unit to a customer. They called the wrong person again after my credit card expired. I had asked them to remove this information and received a confirmation that they had done so, but today was informed that they were contacting old information again. I feel lied to at this point, and now I'm more than a little concerned about what might happen if something were to ever go wrong with my unit (say a fire for instance). How am I ever going to be updated if they keep contacting the old owner of the unit?? Very unhappy at this point. read more

The set-up of all the units makes them all easy to gain access, the property is always well maintained, the bathrooms are the nicest and cleanest I've seen by far and Sarah was very helpful and did mot rush through answering my questions and believe me, I had plenty of them. She was knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to. read more

The grounds were very clean, prices are very reasonable and i felt safe and Sarah, who was the one to help me find the right-sized unit, was exteemely helpfuland very patient with explaining all the units they had available and taking me around to show me what each unit looked like. In a time of too many companies hiring people with little to no cystomer service skills, its very refreshing to deal with a professional but non-pushy person like her. Prices are high. They changed the gate code without letting me know. Embarrassing when I went to meet someone there and I couldn't get in or let them in. So we waited, because they are closed for lunch between 1-2 pm. It's 2:20. We be waiting. Lol. read more

Great location! Management is awesome! Frankly its just damn easy. Setup monthly payment and be done with it. Management is on the ball with things like credit card expiration so as to keep the easy smooth process .... well easy and smooth. The only think I would like to see changed is that the hours increase to 8:00pm but thats nothing too major. read more

My family and I had THE BEST experience here. I was referred by my aunt who used them several years back. Patrick had real down to earth tones/customer service. Very helpful and always kind/funny. I would give zero stars if that was an option.. this facility is ran by a man who is rude, has lost my payment which was their fault multiple times. Store your things elsewhere.. have used this place for way longer then I should have.. and will be moving my things out of there this weekend... I am not and will not EVER use this facility again. I needed short term storage and called this place. I spoke to Cindy and was initially told the storage I wanted was probably to small. She recommended a slightly larger spot and it was exactly what I needed. Drive way could use some attention. But great service and clean facility. read more
