The manager Krista Hamill showed zero compassion, no sympathy, no apology for the situation, etc. She also gave us bad information. She said I couldn't request a police report since I wasn't on the lease (it was under my brother's name). That turned out to be 100% false. They also said to let them know if we still needed the storage unit, and if not, they would get rid of the empty boxes and close out the lease. We discontinued the lease, but they still kept charging, and then they now said that we had to clean out the unit. They are very contradictory or flat out incorrect, and they are unhelpful. Worst customer service I've ever experienced…read more I rented a storage unit online and received all the information I needed by email--access code, unit number, etc. On moving day, I stopped by the facility to make sure I could access my unit and direct my movers. When I arrived, the gate code I was given didn't work. I had to wait for someone to show up, and the employee (Matt) arrived 30 minutes after the office was supposed to open. From the start, he was rude and unprofessional. When I explained the situation and that I had been waiting, his response was, "Well, you're lucky I even showed up to work today." Absolutely unacceptable. When I asked where my unit was, he told me to "get back in my little car" and drive to another building, offering no map, directions, or help. It turned out the building was hidden behind another business's parking lot--not something you'd easily find if you've never been there before. Once I finally located the building, my unit was still sealed and had no lock or key inside, despite Matt saying it would be there. The lack of assistance, unprofessional attitude, and overall dismissiveness told me everything I needed to know. I walked away, went straight to a U-Haul storage nearby, and within minutes I had a unit, a clear map, and an employee who actually walked me to it to make sure I knew where it was. That's what real customer service looks like. Save yourself the headache--skip this place.

It went to 300 dollars a month for about a year with no other options given. We used a tiny space of the unit but that didn't matter to them. They didn't negotiate any other options, toys remained in the until maybe worth 300 when we were charged 300 for a year month after month. I would never give them business or recommend business again. What started out as a compassionate business quickly gave us the cold shoulder. Just sad.
