Hours aren't accurate. Gate access ends whenever the employees want to go home, which could be 5:55 or even 5:50. Good luck if you work regular hours during the week and expect them to stick around per their posted schedule. If employees need time to close up and make sure everyone's out of the building, they should list the storage closing time 10-20 minutes before the office hour closing time instead of inconveniencing customers with misleading operating hours. Update: Called and heard one of the employees call me entitled for being frustrated about closing policies that aren't listed anywhere or told when signing the lease agreement. This all could have been avoided if the access hours ended before office hours but the folks here don't care. I guess I'm entitled for expecting any sort of accountability. read more

This place is officially insane. My promotion ended late last year and my rate has tripled in less than six months. The quality has never been great but better than Public Storage (where my items were stolen with no recourse on their end). Hope management not only finds themselves unemployed in this crap job market but when they get the call to glory, they arrive going down with gasoline drawers. Worse than ever! read more

If you need to store your belongings for a couple of months, or even a couple of years, StorQuest is the ONLY option. During the beginning of the pandemic, I needed a storage unit; Stor Quest had the best rates and the cleanest facilities. I never had a problem entering or exiting the facility, and I always felt self going to this location. The staff at this location are friendly and personable; they went above and beyond to ensure all of my needs were taken care of, especially upon moving out. I've had my storage for over two years now and it's busier "now" then ever ( foot traffic) and last year with the price going up I was a little upset to now people leaving trash in the hallways and never any parking now. My only complaint with this place is that they close really early and you can't come in after hours. My mom recently told me she can because she joined the automatic payment system. read more

they are cheating their customers! before you signed the contract, they will tell you a VERY GOOD deal to attract you. They wont tell you anything about the price increase. they will tell you about the discount and flat rate and all the good stuff. Once you signed the contract, things will be DIFFERENT. they will increase the rate, and telling you that they change their policy. so sorry, you take it or you move out while i am out of town. this is BS! they are cheating their customers and change their policy whatever and whenever they want. read more

If I could give 10 stars I definitely would, This facility is awesome and very clean well kept, climate control. Cristian the manager was very friendly and great at his job. The place has huge elevators big enough for very large furniture if needed. Ok.. Bring your own lock or you'll end up paying $20! Its not a regular lock, it's the one you put into the latch hole. Small round cylindrical one. The place is very clean with new dollies. It better be, it's a brand new facility. ;) If u need to get out quick, theres's a Uhaul self-serve rental u do with ur smartphone nearby. Easy to rent n return. 24/7 as u do everything online and leave out the middleman. What could make this place better is longer hours then 6pm as they're gonna install some kind of card or coding. Overall, it was a convenient location. Tye manager is understanding and will work with u. Just go n talk to him at least. read more

Went in on a Saturday afternoon and a nice woman named Katrina helped me look through the different storage options and helped me find what I needed just by explaining what items I was going to store. She was friendly and thorough in explaining the different price points, insurance, rent increases and promotions. She made my visit quick and painless. So glad she was there to help me out! They have carts and elevators which make it easy to dump your stuff in your unit. Also cameras are pretty much everywhere. read more

This building is a brand new building and you can tell it is as soon as you enter the lobby. Competitive pricing on units and they did offer me the best price compared to the many self storage establishments in the surrounding area. I am not a young person. I have rented many a storage unit if my lifetime across many a company. StorQuest was a big disappointment for me. The turnover of personnel at this location (Gardena, CA) was worse than a McDonalds. To top it off apparently it is NOT office policy to add notes to the customer profile. I say this for every time there was an ongoing issue the NEW representative always claimed there are no notes of the prior conversation(s) in the file thus rendering the history of the matter hopeless. Twice they attempted to double charge me (not gonna work with this guy.) March 19th will be my last day with this company, it will also be the shortest rental in my lifetime (14 months) as I am moving my possessions to another facility, I simply can no longer accept the incompetence and arrogance exhibited by the personnel. Bottom line - Buyer beware. Look for a company where people hold their job longer than 3 months. read more

Super clean, brand new facility. I have used this company in the past and was very pleased with my experience. The customer service is excellent and the web rates really can't be beat. I am disabled. I was given a storage unit , on the 3rd floor that was not for disabled people and they had some that were available. I did not complain. But every time I come to storquest the restroom on the 3rd floor is kept locked. I've been told so many lies by the staff as to why and it seems like there is no one to fix this issue because now they have changed the locks on that restroom. Today I was flat out refused access to the third floor restroom. I come often to sort through my unit to throw away things I no longer need. It's a tedious task and being that I am disabled I have to go all the way back down to the first floor and hope no one is is the restroom by the time that I get there. Then when I do make it there is constantly someone pull on the door knob to see if the bathroom is vacant. It is really annoying and the restroom is always an issue here because the ones on the first floor are always dirty. It's like dealing with a slumlord all over again. I'm upset read more
