Renting space here was a big mistake, in moving in they were very nice and willing to help and as it is now I would detract all the positive comments and advise you the Public to avoid this Storage Facility and any of the People who work there. I was given notice to move with two days notice without full fact. Upon moving within required time frame they indicated I would be reimburse my full months payment, this never happened and the manager and all the assistants have denied and lied about the refund. I have not yet decided on how to deal with a Group of Liars, but this is not over yet. The main point here is these people are two faced and will do anything for the Dollar. I should have taken note early on when several users came to me and told me their story of how they were nice, with Smiles and a couple months later doubled their rent. I got this storage on the 23rd of October around 5. The manager Rosie was the one who helped me out, she was nice at first. I wanted to get the 10×30 because I wanted to put in my car but since my car wasn't on my name its under my husbands name and he doesn't have a California I.D. she said I couldn't put the car in and if they asked me just to say that I changed my mind. On October 24 I came in the unit and closed the door because I didn't want people to see what I had inside. After a while Rosie came and knock and told me you have to keep the door open all the time you are here. On October 25 again I came to my unit my baby was asleep I didn't want to keep my baby in the car outside so I put in the car and as soon as I turn my car off my baby woked up and I notice that she needed a diaper change so I closed the door so I could change her I was barely finishing putting my baby diaper on when once again Rosie was knocking on the door but this time she was being rude I told her that as soon as I finish putting my baby clothes on that I would open the door thats when she told me no open the door right now. So I left my baby with no pants or shoes I opened the door and she tells me don't park the car inside and don't close the door I explained to her what I was doing but she was being soo rude she was take out the car now. So it came to Friday November 1st my husband had barely come out of work and was just laying down for a while while we were looking for a room and again Rosie comes but this time with the rules and the contract paper in her hands and being rude again. So my husband got super mad that we dicided to leave there and then. So we started taking our stuff out in hurry because she told me that I had till the 10th to pay so on the 7Th i went in to yurn in the unit. So a soon as I walk in Rosie again being rude tells me" what did you think you weren't going to pay anything" in a bad way. I keeped quite and didn't respond so I asked how much it was going to be she told $127.58 and that I had til the 25th and if I didn't pay she was going to put me in collection for the full amount that was $500.00. So I decide to call the office and make a complain and they were being rude as fuck so I asked them for corporate office number they told me they didn't have a corporate office. So I highly recommend you to go any other storage that ain't US Storage cause you can be expecting to be treated the same way. read more
