They could have used a different tone, they could have come up to my car but NOPE. There were NO vehicles beind me waiting to get in and NO vehicles waiting to exit. After a stressful move out, Krystal was there to help and very nice. She was very patience, answered all my questions (yes a million of them), and allowed us to shop around to see what storage suited best for my needs. Very professional, very patient, very admirable because I was expecting a totally different experience but I was wrong and received such a nice experience. Looking forward to staying here for a couple of years. Staff is nice this far and the premises seem very secure. One last thing.. Krystal went out of her way to help me out once I signed the contract for the move in, currently there wasn't any dolly's on that loading area and she immediately brought me 2, and that so helped the process to move the stuff from the U-Haul into the storage space. The reason for my call was that my rate increased twice in less than a year. It's now over $314 for the same space. This is NOT what I agreed to for this size. I was told that there was no contact number to the corporate office. I'm a small business owner & I would never change my rates/fees for my clients unless I provide extended hours....ie (LARGER SPACE for increased rate, I understand) ! NOT HAPPY. I'm sure I'm not the only customer that feels this was...VERY BAD SERVICE, as for the phone representatives they are only doing their job. It's pricey, dirty like old and worn out. Needs a paint job and too many flies in the elevator lobby. The staff is super nice and usually cleaning the floors. But no way they can freshen up the building like it needs to be. They always lock the front door. I find that weird. The staff comes and opens it quickly. But it feels like they are afraid of getting robbed the dollys should be inside the store so they don't have to come outside and unlock it. they should offer regular dollies as well. If they put the dollies inside then the staff could keep track of them being returned and they wouldn't have to lock the doors and leave the store. That's how I've seen it done at other places even other public storages read more

BE WARNED!!!!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM PUBLIC STORAGE! LOTS OF THEFT AND VANDALISM AT THIS LOCATION! I rented a parking spot for my vehicle. I requested a spot where my vehicle could be securely seen by the cameras. I was told to buy a tarp for the vehicle which I did. I secured the top with 4 bungie cords (front to back, side to side). Two months later, the tarp was stolen. I asked for the camera footage and was told they were too busy. I requested a different spot closer to the office after the theft and was told NO. Two months after the theft, I was told someone ran into my vehicle causing damage to the panel and the light. Again, I requested the footage so that we could identify who hit the vehicle. Again, I was told it wasn't their problem and that they were too busy and it wasn't their problem; they didn't care. I contacted the on-site manager, the district manager and the regional manager. All told me it wasn't their issue or problem. Public storage doesn't take responsibility for your household goods nor your vehicles. They take no responsibility in making sure your things are safe. They only care about YOU paying the monthly rent. I was left with a $500 deductible for their negligence. When I contacted the regional manager, she hung up the phone in my face! I told her that I record all my calls, so I don't understand why she did that. DO NOT RENT FROM PUBLIC STORAGE ANYWHERE! THEY ARE RUDE AND THEY DON'T CARE ANYTHING ABOUT YOU AS A CUSTOMER. If you are looking for the worst customer service then this is the place to go. The sales representative Mireya was rude, and extremely disrespectful; she overcharged us and when asked she rudely made changes and adjusted the bill. She went as far as threatening to have our stuff throw away if we kept complaining, when my husband asked her for her manager she said that he could do as he pleased because she did not care and pointed to a corner where the manager's name was and of course there was no phone number next to it. We were in a hurry and had no choice but to rent the storage at least temporarily while we found something better; it could have been a bad day for her and we are sorry about that but nothing excuses her behavior, will never go back here, just hope management can read our comments. read more

I was lucky to have a fantastic experience with this Public Storage location. The manager Cristina was an absolute professional. Believe me I bugged her a lot over a specific storage that I needed. Each and every time I called to "bug" her she was awesome. She was patient and understanding of my complicated situation. On the day before I had to move, I had to change the size of my storage at the last minute. She was very accomodating by finding the exact size I needed. The rates at Public Storage were almost 30% less than the other storage where I had my items. I strongly recommend you price Public Storage. Their rates are very competitive. Not to mention the level of professionalism you will encounter. Before I settled on moving to the Gardena location on El Segundo, I called others. Throughout each conversation, I received the same professional attention. However, Cristina is the best. read more

I've stored my car here for years and i have never had any issues. When ever i had any issues i speak with any of the girls in the office and they always help me out.
