I refuse to use FedEx because of their horrible service. But sometimes an item is being shipped…read moreand we don't know it's coming through FedEx until we get a notification. On multiple occasions, their drivers take false pictures of an attempted delivery or they mark an item that the address was not found. One time they took a picture of dirt and uploaded it saying that a delivery attempt was . That picture could've been taken anywhere, and it certainly was not taken at my property because I don't have dirt at I've had to drive 80 miles round-trip to pick up packages their office. Now again, yesterday, they marked package as delivered, and the picture was not my property. It was medication that was needed the next day and it is nowhere to be found. Once they deliver they don't care there's no way to contact a driver to retrace where they off at. So you're screwed. I can't stress enough how horrible this company is.

This was not the first time it had happened. FedEx comes into our gated area every day, so they have access. We were home that whole morning when I received the update email from FedEx. Once arriving at the shipping center, I waited in the lobby for several minutes with no one out front. All I could hear was yelling in the back. I will, however, say that the person that finally helped me was friendly. I still continue to dislike FedEx.
