The units are absolutely filthy and the doors on the units barely open. The parking lot grading is uneven and often flooded. They have more than doubled my rent in less than a year. They claim that they have a new gate which is a total falsity. The doors are absolutely filthy and in need of repair. The grounds literally look as though they are unkempt and that nobody ever even is on the property. I just received a notice in the mail today stating that they're adding a $30 flat rate administrative fee and an additional 4.99 a month... For absolutely nothing. As soon as I can vacate that property I will. My Hope is that nobody ever rents from this ripoff establishment.
