On this particular outing, there was a host at the entrance and we had a party of 8. Sometimes there isn't one and it says to seat yourself. I told him we had 5 adults and 3 kiddos. When he sat us he only gave us the regular menus - so I had to grab my own kid menus myself at the host stand. Then he also said - you'll have to ask another table to borrow a chair - this combined table only has 7 chairs. I politely asked him if he would ask the other table as a courtesy which he did. I am gfree and they have a lot of options with a gluten free bun you can do. I usually order the BLT burger or Cali Burger. Sometimes with the gfree bun sometimes not. I always upgrade to the side salad as my side which is delish with French dressing (no croutons). The quality of the food is really really good. One of my fav burger places in the twin cities. Another cool thing about the Muddy Cow - 2 for 1 drinks so on this particular visit I ordered a Suncruiser (pink lemonade) and totally forgot I would get 2. Well, in July I ordered about $50 worth of food via doordash. I called about an hour and a half after placing my order and spoke with someone with a speech impediment (for identifying purposes in case the manager sees this) who said "oh yeah I see your food right here (confirming that it was never picked up). I don't know how to cancel it but I'll have the manager call you in the morning" never happened. I called five guys customer service and was told it would be refunded in 3-5 days. Never happened. Got an email from the manager that said no refund because they said they dropped it off... even though it was not at my house or even the right food!! Tried to contact back and never heard anything. Called doordash, they apologized and issued a refund to the store for my $50 and took fault for the claim... the manager STILL did not issue the refund despite doordash giving them money to give me. Called the customer service number 4 times in total being told every time it would be taken care of until they finally said "it's up to the manager and if he's refusing there's nothing we can do". So... they stole $50 from and I never got my food. I even disputed with my CC company and was told they have to take the managers word. I never even got to speak with the manager directly.
