Granted I had reserved and canceled all in the same day and had not moved anything in to the unit yet. I was blown away with the customer service. They want you to pay online and get the payment information. I would NOT do this. The issues with communication and fees was just a mess. No one knew anything? indicating severe issues with rentals. Don't believe the pricing from one location to another. There are better locations and better companies. I have used Public storage in the past and had three break ins. Just FYI
