We called another company to come out, it was obviously shortly after that the issue was not resolved, so we called Zack-Vac for a second look/opinion. They arrived when they said, the team went to each and every vent and took a picture before cleaning and then after- sharing as they went along. They were able to determine that the other company only cleaned about half the vents- the rest were pretty much untouched. There was a persistent problem with sewer water backing up into the basement. It took a lot of troubleshooting, but they were determined to find the problem. Mr. Stoudt and his crew used their camera system and found the break in the pipe between the house and the street. It saved further damage to the house and the street.
