Beer was cold. Would have been much better with better service. Bartender spent all her time at the opposite end of the bar with 1 man. Noticed she even followed him outside to the patio at the entrance and interrupted them making out behind the front door as we left. Could be just my opinion but if you're working for tips, maybe you could treat all customers like paying customers. Talk about your neighborhood friendly bar, got introduced to this place a few weeks ago and I'm pleased beyond words. The bar before is gone thank god! This bar features really great service with a great combination of beer and drink specials. If you don't drink beer, they do have hard ciders for you (which definitely helps when you're allergic to gluten). They do not have a food menu but you do have options in the plaza surrounding the bar. I definitely suggest coming if you're looking for a place to chill and relax with friends. This bar is great! Lele is one of the best and most attentive bartenders ever. She always remembers our usual drink orders. A variety of beers on tap that I rarely see elsewhere as well as great daily drink specials. Nights get pretty crazy but during happy hour it is a chill vibe at this bar. Great place to enjoy a beer with a chill vibe. It's getting warm in San Antonio and the bar is very cool which helps the upcoming summer days. Daily happy hour you can't beat anywhere else. Would give zero stars if I could. Went in around 7pm on Monday 6/19 and there were 2 female bartenders. One just walked around doing nothing. The other came around when she wanted and was slow and rude. Even another customer came over and started talking to us about how bad the service was. If you don't want to serve people then don't be in the service industry. We left and went to Cooter Brown's where we got great, friendly, fast service. Won't go here again. read more

Overall beer selection is fantastic! Seems their drafts are always all IPA. I would like to see some diversity with the draft beer. The service on the other hand can be greatly improved ; never enough staff, not overly friendly, and if you are not a cute guy expect to wait a bit. Atmosphere is relaxing. I've been a few times, the first was opening night and had a great time. The second was recent. Staff is knowledgeable about their beer selections. Staff has always been polite and welcoming. I did have to wait a bit for a drink and on opening night had to flag the bartender down to order drinks, but when you're busy it's to be expected. Cool little place that I guess took over red square. They quite a few options from Microbrewers and the bartender was informative and let us try as many things as we wanted. They had a couple of board games to play with and I think had pool and darts. The only thing I would change would be the music (mostly rock from what I could recall, so I could be biased since that's not the fav) and the seating (they had long tables with stools that you could sit on). But it's a def a place I'd check out again. read more
