Turns out he finished a job around 12:30 and was just a few minutes from me. He came right over and took just under two hours to repair and replace my toilets with new wax rings and plungers. I knew I had a problem in the master bath with a leaking wax ring but we checked the guest bath and discovered it also needed repairs.
