I am baffled that Lexus of Glendale recommends this shop. [[HIGHLIGHT]]While the staff is exceptionally polite, their actual repair work is incredibly sub-par.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I had to take my car back four separate times--two of which involved me driving right down the block, realizing it was broken, and turning straight back around. Trip 1: Handed the car back with a security dash light left on because they forgot to reset it. Trip 2: Brought it back because the rear window completely failed to roll down. Trip 3: Drove down the block and had to turn right back around due to a crazy loud grinding noise. They finally diagnosed a failed wheel bearing from the accident, fixed it, but didn't bother to check any other wheels. Trip 4: The grinding noise persisted. They couldn't figure it out and had to outsource it to a real Lexus dealership, where technicians instantly found a second failed wheel bearing on the opposite side. How does an authorized shop handling an endless stream of Lexus vehicles miss massive collision impact over and over? Now I'm hearing a front-end noise, and their advice was to just "take it to Lexus at your next service" months from now. Expecting a customer to drive an unsafe vehicle because your team is tired of guessing is unacceptable. [[HIGHLIGHT]]If you want friendly people, they are great. If you want your vehicle fixed safely, go somewhere else.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I am now forced to take my car to a trusted Lexus dealership to clean up their incomplete work. read more

Our Infiniti QX80 was damaged by snow chains during a recent road trip. One side of the fender liner was torn off along with the flare.
