What truly sets this company apart (in the worst way) is the complete lack of accountability and support afterward. When issues came up with claiming CE credits, there was absolutely no help offered. The response was essentially a dismissive "you're out of luck," with zero effort to problem-solve or stand behind their own course. This isn't just bad customer service--it's a failure in their responsibility as an educational provider. If you are relying on this course to gain critical knowledge or fulfill professional requirements, look elsewhere. This was a waste of time, money, and effort.

Sam and Zac were incredibly helpful in preparing me for the SAT and I went into the test more confident than I ever had for standardized tests in the past. Initially I was skeptical about the online tutoring, but I quickly realized that it was an extremely useful tool. With the offices being almost an hour away, the online tutoring was very convenient for my family and me and it allowed for much more flexibility with planning. Even though it was online, I didn't feel like any part of the tutoring was lacking because the tutors were so engaged and all of the materials we would have used in person were right in front of me on my computer screen. These prep classes really helped to make the test seem much less intimidating and I became more relaxed and calm when taking the test as a result. I learned so many useful test-taking strategies and was able to manage my time much more effectively. After taking the SAT for the first time, my scores were much higher than my PSAT scores earlier this year, and critical reading, which had often been my weakest section in past standardized tests, became one of my strongest sections on the SAT. But honestly, I've gained valuable insights from Alice's knowledge and guidance. True, some of her teachings are based on scholarly articles and INS standards on which should be a must. It was a simulation exercises which gave me better confidence and feel confident on PICC line insertion since midlines are the only longest lines we insert in our facility. We needed a wheelchair, and that's when Lynn from your office appeared like an angel. She was incredibly courteous, professional, and compassionate--everything we could have hoped for in that moment. Lynn's caring and understanding demeanor made navigating the situation so much easier as she helped us get him upstairs for the procedure. Dr. Kim was wonderful; she immediately adjusted the treatment plan to minimize the time my husband would be off his oxygen. Ismarie, who was assisting her, provided outstanding care. She treated my husband like family and brought such a sweet, comforting presence to the room. AJ also went above and beyond by diligently resolving the parking validation issues we encountered with the company downstairs. When it was time to head back down, Lynn once again appeared to assist us. She waited patiently while our vehicle was brought around, remaining gracious and kind the entire time. In what could have been an extremely stressful day, Lynn, Dr. Kim, Ismarie, and AJ turned the experience into one of genuine care and compassion.
