When I first moved to Concord, a couple of years ago, I drove over nail in the new section of the condo complex I live in. I ended up having to buy new tires and theirs was less expensive than the dealership. They were great to work with. I've been back for another tire repair earlier this year. But last month, my car hit 100k and the tire rotation code lit up the dash board. It was easy to make the appointment. Dropped it off this morning, was told it might take longer than normal - which I totally respect since my dad is a retired mechanic. It ended up being done within the 2-hour slot my appointment was scheduled for. Again, super nice and will continue to go there. read more

I feel that when I stopped to have a tire repaired the person working thought I was stupid. He gave the most ridiculous reason for not plugging a simple tire puncture. before completely getting to my vehicle he started his drivel about why he couldn't fix it and I needed four new tires. I knew he was full of it so I went to another Tire Warehouse location (Manchester Street) I have never been steered wrong there! Funny, tire was fixed and tires rotated and I was on my way. Had just one tire serviced. That went fine. Then one of the 3 workers there popped my hood and proceeded to check the battery. I'm there to replace one tire. This was a scam. My battery was replaced three years ago. All three of them seemed to work together. The guy reading the meter was saying it was barely registering. The manager, one of the 3, then said it's about the cranking power and there's very little left. The battery was just tested when I had my oil changed literally days before and it tested just fine. They have no business going under anyone's hood for a tire service. This was an attempt at a blatant deception. I'll never go back. read more

I came to TW on a Saturday without an appointment with a slow leak in my tire. The service rep was courteous and professional. They plugged the tire and had me back on the road in about 30 minutes. All around great service. read more

I have bought tires from tire warehouse for several years now and have used them for repairs on tires as well. I have always received great service as well as customer service. A few weeks ago I had stopped on because I had a slashed tire that needed to be replaced. I was told that as long as I had confirmation from a dealer that my other 3 tires were within the perimeter I could replace just one and not all 3 on my all wheel vehicle. I did what I was told , the next day I stopped by with the document that I needed and I apparently came at the wrong time as I seemed to have been interrupting the person working from watching his movie. I stopped to see if what the dealer gave me was what was needed. The worker was extremely rude to me told me that my dealer doesn't know what they are talking about went out himself to measure the tires depth and then was extremely annoyed when they were in fact right. He told me that the very tires I have in my car and bought there just a year ago were not tire warehouse tires and then again was very annoyed when in fact he looked at my account and they were. Huffed and puffed when he said they are rare and probably don't have them and could take days to get them if they can even order them. To his surprise they had them in stock. He put it in the computer and prompted me to pay. I did say that I will be back I live up the road and just need to grab the tire as I stopped on my way home that night from work to make sure I had the right documents. He said well it's Friday and our busiest night, ...... not a sole was there at 530pm when I left.I came back and brought my husband with my as I was even worried that someone who acted like this was going to out a tire on my car and we went inside told him o was back to get my tire on and I went to pay, his words were " I can't have you pay for something I don't know I can't actually do" . What? I was just not here ? The tire is here everything checks out and I have my tire? The unprofessional attitudes last through moving my car , trying to out my spare tire back and checking out. I was in disbelief leaving there as I have never had such a bad experience. Also to note on their so called busiest night there wasn't another single car that came the time I was there. Please tour on your customer service skills with your staff, or keep him behind the scenes where he can be as big of an ass as he wants. read more

Had all 4s put on mounted and balanced and aligned. Manager gave me an attitude because i purchased the tires online. Not a very pleasant experience as a customer. Next time i'll drive across town to do my business elsewhere. read more

Leave a truck there for an alignment they call a half hour before they close and say its done and then say its dead we cant jump it so be here in a half hour or were closing it in there. Complete assholes. Id give 0 stars if i could. read more

I went in to Tire Warehouse on Fisherville Rd in Concord and the guy asked what I wanted help with. I told him I would like the nitrogen done in my tires, he told me to pull into the bay, so I did. He tells me to stay in the car, he takes the hose, goes around adding nitrogen to my tires that are air filled then says you're all set. I put down the window and said wait a minute I wanted the nitrogen done in my tires, he says oh you want them drained and nitrogen put in? I said yes, he says well it's 6 bucks a tire to do that so go inside and tell them what you want. As he's stomping back in to the building I asked him if they still put the green caps on so you know they're nitrogen, he says yeah that's how we know and then proceeded to slam the door behind him in my face. At that point I was hoping he would realize my vehicle didn't have the green caps therefore air filled. I went inside and again said I need the nitrogen done in my tires, the useless manager, I believe his name is Geoff, wrote me up. I told him the tech wasn't doing their customer service any favors. He said I apologize but he had two teeth pulled yesterday and doesn't want to be here today. They finish my tires and I go to the counter to pay, asked for the techs name, he says Don. He then proceeds to say to me in a snippy tone that he apologizes and he goes into this whole thing about how he had to work alone for a while yesterday and actually do the service on vehicles. I mentioned this wasn't the first time I'd been treated rudely there. I've been going to this location for all my tire needs, alignment, etc for years but this time will be my last. This location has been shoddy since Jamie left and the manager who is still there somehow took over. The one star is for the nitrogen in my tires. It's the only reason I've kept coming back to this place. read more

Tried to get my winter tires installed and the guy refused to install them because he assured me they would not fit. I had told him they would fit because I've ran these numbers on my car before and he would not do it. So i went to another tire shop and of course they fit no problem. I just wasn't happy to have wasted my time going there and being told i was wrong when I know what im talking about. I would suggest going elsewhere for tire installation. Tire Warehouse sold "new" tires to our grandson in late March. While doing an oil change, a tire plug was noticed on the front tire. Not good. Went directly to Tire Warehouse & spoke with the manager who naturally claimed they would never sell such a tire. Hmmmm? Nor would he help make this right? Got to the Tire Warehouse on Fisherville Rd. for my prearranged appointment, as the term appointment implies. I was told (once the mental midget behind the counter found the paperwork) that they'd just had a walk-in come in and it was going to be awhile before they could take my car. I asked how long and was told he had no idea, but it would be awhile because there were parts being replaced. Mind you I WAS NOT being told that this was service that just ran longer than planned, this was new walk-in business they took ahead of mine. I explained that I had an appointment and asked why they took someone that just came in if they couldn't do both? He told me, and I QUOTE, "you can go ahead and make an appointment but if someone walks in before your appointment having the appointment won't matter." ?!?! SERIOUSLY!?!?! Rather than make the walk-in wait, even 5 minutes to see if their SCHEDULED work showed up, they chose to tell the person that had taken the time and made a prior arrangement for service I could "just leave it or wait around, but it's gonna be a while". Nice way to do business, huh? Well, they have not only lost the work on this car, but I've got four more older cars and trucks that need tire and alignment work year after year. These are cars and trucks that I used to bring there but I'll be damned if they'll being seeing any more of that business either! Avoid this place like the plague! Made an appointment with Tire Warehouse on 9/5 for the following day via their website and received an email confirmation for the appointment. I arrived for the appointment on time and was told that my tires were not there. The manager on duty asked if I could come back the following day at the same time and guaranteed that they would have my tires. I arrived again on time the next day and still no tires!! I took time off from work both days and lost money for doing so. They had my contact information and not once did anyone let me know they would not or could not get the tires. I came in planning on only buying one tire. Found out I needed four. The staff cut me a great deal on four brand new tires. The staff has always been polite and very helpful and understanding that I much like everyone else live on a budget. They didn't try to push anything on me that I didn't need. Brought in my Volvo S70 for a four-wheel allignment after I had replaced some suspension parts. They did the work and handed me the colored printout of the "before" and "after" values while the manager was doing my bill. As a car guy I noticed the alignment was worse than when I brought it in. When I pointed this out to the manager he said he would not bill me. Tech said he could not do allignment and needed special shims. Took it to another shop and they did it no problem. No doubt Tire Warehouse would have charged me if I were not knowledgable about cars. read more
