I was told "bring it in no worries, we gotcha" Based on that information, I brought my vehicle in. When I picked it up, I was unexpectedly charged $200 for the diagnosis. If I had been told there would be a fee, I could have made an informed decision before leaving my vehicle. I have no issue paying for services when the costs are communicated upfront, but being told one thing over the phone and charged something completely different is unacceptable. I'm leaving this review so other customers are aware and can be sure to get any pricing in writing before authorizing service. Poor communication and a lack of transparency like this erode customer trust. I won't be returning, and I hope this review helps others avoid the same experience.

Come to find out everything that she didn't need to pass the inspection was pushed on her in a way that seemed it needed to be done in order to pass. Easy target! a young lady that has no idea what's going on, just a big heart and almost too much trust. With prices not being crystal clear and picking at stuff that has nothing to do with passing the inspection, that the set appointment was clearly for. They just sat her in the waiting room for 3 hours. I am beyond pissed I called to see if anything could be un done but the gentleman on the phone just pushed it off and proceeded to say you saved $90 with the military discount. Hats off to you ass hole. I'll make sure I spread the word. You really didn't help the right person today! taking the only money we had to complete our payment towards our mortgage . Didn't want to risk driving 100+ miles on the "donut" spare tire. Arrived at Tire Warehouse first thing Sunday morning hoping for help. Cody (Asst. This week, my husband and I were concerned about an upcoming long-distance trip. We'll be driving our 2002 Honda CRV from Maine to Florida... and our car has nearly 350,000 miles on it, and it's been making some odd noises.
