I was told "bring it in no worries, we gotcha" Based on that information, I brought my vehicle in. When I picked it up, I was unexpectedly charged $200 for the diagnosis. If I had been told there would be a fee, I could have made an informed decision before leaving my vehicle. I have no issue paying for services when the costs are communicated upfront, but being told one thing over the phone and charged something completely different is unacceptable. I'm leaving this review so other customers are aware and can be sure to get any pricing in writing before authorizing service. Poor communication and a lack of transparency like this erode customer trust. I won't be returning, and I hope this review helps others avoid the same experience.

Didn't want to risk driving 100+ miles on the "donut" spare tire. Arrived at Tire Warehouse first thing Sunday morning hoping for help. Cody (Asst. I reported the situation to the New Hampshire State Police and had a meeting with the head of AEI who is Will Dunn and showed him the paper work and his suggestion was to not take the vehicle back to Stratham tire.
