They used to be really great but this year they seem to have fallen down on their quality and service. They don't wrap the glass up, and those jars of honey aren't cheap. Tomatoes went bad in two days. Of course there's no way to call. read more

On our way home from vacation. We needed to replenish our fruit supply and strawberries are finally back in season. We exited the freeway and drove the mile to the stand. We purchased a full flat of strawberries, bowl of cherries, 3 baskets of blueberries and avocados. All were ripe and delicious. The owner was friendly and helpful. He cut an avocado to show us the size of the pit. We were able to try the cherries. When we are back in the area we will be by for more. read more

After a wonderful week heading back home to NC. Decided to stop by this strawberry stand. I'm glad I did. The two young couples here were very nice and helpful. I believe the young owner was fantastic. He was able to help this old man from Nc back to my car. Best strawberries I tasted. Picked up some mango for my wife at home as well. Reminds me of me when I was younger. Will stopped by here again. It's a nice little spot with great hospitality and love. The two couples reminded me of my childhood. Every year since I was a child my family has come to buy strawberries from this stand and now that I am an adult, I do as well. They pick the strawberries daily, this means they are not picked bright red for travel and sustainability of sitting at a store and then a fridge. They are picked deep red and heavy with sweet juice. They taste far superior than those bought at grocery stores. My suggestion: Because of this they do not keep as long. I suggest picking them up the day you intend to use them. They are open 7 days a week during strawberry season. read more

The best strawberries hands down. This little strawberry stand is located on the corner of Monte Vista and Walnut in Turlock. I heard for years how these strawberries are the best. I thought to myself a strawberry is a strawberry and some are better than others. But I had never heard people rave about strawberries quite like this before. So a few years ago I decided to check out this alleged best-strawberry-stand-in-the-central valley. The strawberries at this stand are the most beautiful bright red color I have ever seen. You can smell the wonderful berry aroma as you near the counter. One bite and you are held captive by the most purely scrumptious strawberry flavor that you have ever tasted. I kid you not. These strawberries are so addictive. I literally get depressed when the strawberry season ends. I practically jump for joy when they start planting a new crop. I'm positively ecstatic when they open for the season and all of those strawberry-filled dreams come true if only for a short time. read more

I love this produce stand! I started coming here several years ago and became friends with the owners last year. I'm only in Turlock a few times a year, but I always make sure to stop here for produce on my way out of town. I love that they recognize me and that we get to have small catch-up chats every time. And, of course, as the name implies - their strawberries are out-of-this-world SWEET. All the produce and fruit they have here is super fresh, delicious, and cheap! As far as strawberries go this is the only place we buy from. They are always nice and ripe, sweet and normally very large. The people here are not overly friendly but they are very nice. Have tried strawberries from other stands and to quote someone else they are "The best strawberries hands down." Three thumbs up read more

Best fruit stand around! I hardly ever buy produce anywhere else but here. They have an amazing selection and awesome prices. Everything is always fresh and recently picked. The service is amazing, they always have a smile on. Best strawberries around! We load up on zucchini, squash, sweet potatoes, garlic, basil, strawberries, apricots, watermelon, and a ton more. Great strawberries! The Yang family has been running this field for over 20 years. Talk to the locals and they'll tell you they have best strawberries around. They do sell through them quickly, so if you want some be there early. They also have tons of fresh veggies and seasonal fruits. Worth a visit :) read more

I went in the othe day to get strawberrys for my cheesecake and there were 3 boxes out.. i wanted to see if they had more and asked "are these 3 boxes all you have left?" the lady responds yes so i take a box and scoot over to pay and look to my right n see her pull a new box of strawberrys behind the counter n replace the one i bought!
