Absolutely LOVEEEE THIS PLACEEE!!!! They have a huge playground in the back, another playground behind that one, a fish pond, and some of the besttttttt juice, pies, fruit around!!!! I love coming here for a fresh juice, they cut the fruit/veg and juice it right in front of you, yummmmmm! We have been coming here for years, always had great turnovers, not this year! They are terrible! 4.99 each, and we bought 65.00 worth. They were soft not crispy dough, the fruit tasted like they forgot the sugar, awful! My hubby said, "Did u buy sugar free?" He said, "Don't give me anymore of those!" We love coming here as a family! The treats are always fresh and delicious, and it's such a fun spot for kids. Bathrooms were unsanitary and flat out unusable. Safety doesn't seem to be a priority either on the playgrounds. Didn't allow me to go up with my step son to feel safe on the high playground to access the slide as there is an "age limit". I would understand if someone were randomly trying to enter the playground but to deny access to a parent when trying to make sure their child is safe is absolutely absurd. Definitely will not be returning as safety for children clearly isn't their priority. read more

Terrible experience, will never come back unfortunately. I loved this place, fresh fruit smoothies and an awesome park. But not so awesome anymore, there is a big slide thats cracked open at the bottom, huge safety hazard with serious injury possibility. And smoothies are made with syrup cartons, not fresh fruit all the time. When I mentioned concerns to a worker, she was not at help helpful or wanting to remedy any of it. I wasnt rude, very understanding but I can't believe the utter lack of care. They wouldn't even send anyone out to check the slide or block it off. Watch out for your kids everyone. And its a tall blue slide on the little kids playground no less. So sad to have a bad review for this place. read more

This is such a great spot to take your kids. My toddler ran up the older kids jungle gym and the staff was up there monitoring everything. They helped him through the jungle gym and even went down the slide with him to make sure he didn't get hurt. There's so much to do and see. This is our new favorite place for delicious baked goods and gift ideas. Amazing pies, cakes, cookies and the fruit turnovers. The turnovers are double the size of any I've had from other places. We tried the pumpkin and pineapple, yum yum. They provide samples of various items. A good selection of flavored almonds and corn nuts. Delicious salsa's, cooking oils, vinegars, jams and marinated vegetables. They carry Roberts Ferry popcorn, various flavors. Really good carrot cake, cake rolls and cheese cake......delish! They have some gift baskets already made up, however, you can make your own selection of items and choose your own basket. The staff will put it together for you and add cellophane and bows. We picked out our items for someone special and the staff put it together for us. Our family member loved the gift basket. We'll definitely be back for gift baskets and pies or cakes as needed for holiday get togethers. They also make delicious drinks. They have a point system, earn points for every dollar spent. The fruit barn offers delicious pastries, fruits, pretzels, and nuts. The new play structures are impressive! It is also nice having access to benches in shaded areas. Accessing and navigating the pathways with a wheelchair is difficult, though. read more

Great play structures for a variety of ages. Some of the structures are broken or in poor condition but nothing that poses a safety risk (at least that I saw). Great selection of fruits inside. I wish they had more bathrooms, with the amount of traffic it had on the day I was there, there was always a line for the bathroom which can be tough with little ones who need to go. read more

I've been coming here for years with my family! Perfect place to bring the family and have a picnic! There is lots of benches and seating areas. They also have a turtle house where you can check out some turtles, and a little area with farm animals. They do ask that you do not pet the animals. The playground is awesome, it's big and has lots of fun spots to play. During the fall they have an amazing pumpkin patch and tons of activities to bring the family together. We also just attended the Easter event they had, even though my daughter only got two items in the egg hunt she had fun on the Train ride and playing at the park. The fruit barn has a variety of options to choose from, we love their Fiesta Mix Pistachios. The strawberry lemonade was delicious! They also have coffees, jams, salsa's, dried fruit, all kinds of nuts, pies, cakes, and much more! Everyone is always super friendly as well. read more

The pen they ​have their goats is way too small for the amount of goats that they have in the pen. The goats can't even run. Customers are not allowed to pet them. So they're not getting any human interaction that they need. It's very unnatural for them not to be able to run. They have no structures to play on. These goats are very depressed, this is a form animal cruelty. read more

Obsessed with their smoothies & ALL THE SAMPLES they provide. I'm honestly not the biggest fan of their produce- it's all really stuff you can get in a grocery store. I don't think a lot of it is even local or organic. BUT all their goodies- like nuts, dried fruits, jams, olive oils, desserts, vinegars, salsas, honey....their bakery...LOVE! They don't just carry their products, but carry a wide range of other brands that seem to be decent ones. The service is always sort of whatever there. They get the job done and are mostly somewhat polite. The outdoor area is what's really special about this place. Such a great place to take the little ones! They have a wonderful pond with seating around, grass.. they have some ducks around the pond and then some really cool Koi fish swimming around. My favorite part would have to be all the TURTLES! They have a separate section that's a little closed in pond with a bunch of friendly turtles! Theres also some other animals there like goats, peacocks, chickens, roosters...some stray cats roaming around which is cool. Theres a MASSIVE play structure. Like HUGE. Biggest one I have ever seen- it almost seems like it's like 3 or 4 play structures all in one. And it seems pretty new and pretty safe! Lots of fun slides. Would definitely recommend bringing the little ones here!!! read more

I can't believe I didn't know this existed until last week! What a great place to take your littles! There is an awesome and vast play structure with lots to do. Check out the turtle pond and other small animals! The space features a decent sized pond with a fountain in the middle, and lots of space to have a picnic lunch. We went inside the shop and received great service. They have a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, baked goods, and other treats. We enjoyed their made to order real fruit smoothies when we were there, also! I plan to frequent this place from now on! My kids had a blast. read more

A local hidden gem!! I have been taking my kids here for the last 10 years. They recently upgraded their play ground area.! Added shaded sitting areas and they even have a cozy nook in the actual barn! With a huge and well maintained fish pond with huge, healthy and vibrant orange coy fish and turtles, it's hard to stay away! Inside they offer a vast variety of fresh baked goods, salsa, jams and pies! You can buy fish food inside for $1 per bag. Eveyone is always so kind and helpful....! Purchased a pecan pie for our Thanksgiving dinner. Sad to report that the pie was burnt and inedible. This is not the usual quality of their products. It's very disappointing. Ruined our Thanksgiving dinner. Took the pie back this morning (11/29) and rather than a refund, was offered "store credit" -- the clerk said "well we would have to look up your order" -- even though I had a receipt in my hand. Seems odd. If you can stand behind your product, then close your doors and do something else. Been doing business with this place for over 15 years. After this experience, I'm done. read more

The samples were extremely old and stale. We did end up buying something from the store to support the business but the young female cashier was extremely rude. Not only that but why charge $25 dollars to play on your playground? :( I understand charging for a bounce house or pumpkin patch etc....but a playground?!. Also the animals seem distressed. The goats are covered in poop and the chickens are missing feathers being pecked it's really sad, not to mention the turtle enclosure is over crowded for the amount you have there. Places itself is nice. But the organization for Easter is horrible especially for the egg hunt. People cutting line waited in line to get 2 Easter eggs for the kids. The karts they have are nice if they had it organized it's very dangerous the way they set it up. Having little kids drive not a good idea. And they don't have a time to stop they just let the little kids walk in while the karts are moving saw some kids almost get ran over. And the workers were just sitting on the side of the tree. read more

This is one of the most darling little fruit stands I have ever stopped at. If I had small children and lived in the area I would be here multiple times a week. They have a great playground for kids as well as some farm animals for viewing and a pond stocked with fish that you can feed. There are lots of benches and little spots where you can sit and enjoy the lovely setting or snack on a delicious treat from the fruit barn. The shop itself is charming and well organized. I asked one of the young ladies working there if I could bring my small dog inside with me and she said it was no problem. I love dog friendly places! In addition to lots of fresh fruits and baked goods, they had a great selection of unique snacks and homemade items. They even had an area where you could sample the salsas and jams! We tried some of their "mild" salsa and it was fresh and delicious but had a little bit too much heat for us. They had dried lavender and handmade soaps as well as some loose leaf tea that was very tempting. We ended up getting some drinks and a boysenberry twister to eat outside. It was a really good value and yummy as well. If we hadn't been on our way somewhere else, I would have purchased at least one of the pies in the display case. They looked incredible! Took my daughter here today to spend 60 bucks just cause and wanted to buy banana nut bread. Only reason why was because it was sealed. We noticed 1 piece was soft and rest were hard and old. We asked the young man at the register who went above and beyond for us if they had anything fresher. Unfortunately he was met with resistance from his co worker when she replied "We don't put out fresher stuff till old is gone per our policy " So it's your policy to force me to buy old fly molested goods? Do better Resendez this is a small community and word spreads. We have spent over 120 dollars here in the last week and it will be the last due to the attitude of the young lady in back. Girl in Pumpkin area was also extremely nice. End of day the health department would shut this place down due to the flies in the kitchen area. Maybe they need a call. Hope you fix the fly and attitude of your people soon. Stars were given to the young man working the register and the young lady in Pumpkin area. Roy and I took our daughter and two year old granddaughter to the Resendiz Family Fruit Barn to visit the pumpkin patch and take pictures. We have been coming here for years, since our kids were little. They added this huge, amazing playground that our granddaughter played on for almost an hour! We looked at the fish and turtles in the pond. Addy loves ducks and she enjoyed looking at the animals as well. This place has came up since 2000! My family and I have been coming here since I was a kid! The turnovers are amazing, and super big! I remember when they were $2 they're about $5 now and there's tons of flavors to choose from. It's not too far from freeway, off 99- there are clean bathrooms, tons of parking spaces, a playground, a large Coi fish pond, and fish food inside if you ask for it. My boyfriend and I would come every year to the pumpkin patch to take pictures and get pumpkins ever since we started dating & wanted to make it a tradition with our son when he was born. It's changed so much over the past few years and this year it was too much for us. It's become a cash grab instead of a nice little family farm. They took out the beautiful sunflower field to put in a huge playground that you have to pay to play on. The little farm animal viewing area has become tiny to also make room for the giant playground. I get it, they're a business and need to make money. We won't be coming back to the pumpkin patch unfortunately, but we do love the pies and cheesecakes, and will be purchasing some for the holidays. read more
