Unfortunately, after the installation, I discovered that most of it wasn't working correctly. The backup camera wasn't connected at all, and when I reached out for help, the installer stopped responding. At that point, I was out the money I had paid--including a tip--and had to find someone else to fix it before moving across the country. One of the main reasons I purchased this system was for safety during my cross-country drive. Since the Bluetooth phone connection wasn't working, I was forced to hold my phone against my chest under my seatbelt while driving--not safe and certainly not legal. To make matters worse, several installers refused to even look at my Android-based unit. They told me those systems are usually installed incorrectly and rarely work properly. Thankfully, they were wrong. I took my car to Custom Car Concepts, and from the moment I arrived, the experience was completely different. Mike got me in right away, properly installed the backup camera, and made sure everything else was working exactly as it should. Did I have to pay to have it fixed? Of course. But the price was more than reasonable, and the work was completed quickly and professionally. To say I was impressed--and relieved--would be an understatement.
