I contacted corporate while sitting outside still being ignored, i managed to get the managers name i went in and gave it a piece of my mind because they had been so rude and bad at handling customers. Then every employee waved and cheered as i left angry, embarrassed, and discriminated against for being female. Is this how a business is supposed to run? Ignoring customers and then being rude to when they try to get service? Autumn needs fired and so does everyone else at this location. That behavior was un called for.

The people working were extremely kind and treated us with a lot of respect! They took the guests that were there and the appointments over the walk ins which we appreciate because some shops prioritize the walk ins. We appreciate how the management is working here, how when a technician pulled the truck out they heard tire rub (which is normal on a 2500 sized truck with wide tires on it)but the manger immediately checked on it to make sure that everything was alright with the truck. To get all 4 tires done it took about 1 hour and 30 mins roughly which is the quickest we've had tires taken off the rim, put back on the rim and balanced! Great crew and great service!

Staff tried to talk me into replacing all tires although they had few miles and car is garage kept and out of the sun. Note; they added a "service charge" due to use of credit card - this is not posted anywhere and you only know when the bill is posted. After a long wait they said the car was ready, but it did not appear. Then someone came out to the waiting room and said they wanted to check the spare for an additional charge. The new tire appears to be properly mounted but will not use this business again.

She, Emily the manager, didn't deny it was their fault, just that those are the reasons. PATHETIC! Whomever is reading this, BEWARE of this place and Valvoline. I was only told the synthetic and semi synthetic price. I found that kind of odd. Anyway, I spent about 25 minutes here, from pulling in line to pulling out of the bay. While changing your oil they offer other services. Some services are free like tire pressure, window cleaning, and fluid/light check. Other services require an additional charge like tire rotation, air filter change, fluid top-off, and spark plug change. In addition to my oil change, I had them change my air filter and top-off my break fluid. This service is quick, easy and efficient. They have a very clean and neat waiting area available, if the service they are doing on your vehicle requires that you get out of it.

I showed her my confirmation text and she seemed to have trouble focusing on my appointment. Her eyes were glassed over and appeared to be hung over. She then said she didn't have the correct oil filter which is odd being that I confirmed my year, make & model when I called the day before. She said it would only take ten minutes to have one sent to their location. I let her know the man I talked to said if I was scheduled at 8am, I would be out of there with the hour. The woman cashier said there was no way my vehicle would be finished within an hour. This Meineke store was a filthy pit of a store. chairs in waiting area upholstery ripped up. The coffee area (no coffee) was a disaster, floor dirty & service desk was crowded with papers and other stuff overflowing the whole surface. I just said I wasn't going to wait, I had been told with the hour & left. I have no patience for incompetence & no compassion for people who can't take responsibility for themselves. I wouldn't suggest this Meineke location to anyone. I'm sure there are other locations that are much more in line with their company's vision & values but this one should be an embarrassment to the Meineke corporation.
