I got my oil changed here. The staff here is friendly and efficient. I did not even have to get out of my vehicle. One complaint that I do have is that when I was given my oil change options, I was not presented with the conventional price. I had to ask for it. I was only told the synthetic and semi synthetic price. I found that kind of odd. Anyway, I spent about 25 minutes here, from pulling in line to pulling out of the bay. While changing your oil they offer other services. Some services are free like tire pressure, window cleaning, and fluid/light check. Other services require an additional charge like tire rotation, air filter change, fluid top-off, and spark plug change. In addition to my oil change, I had them change my air filter and top-off my break fluid. This service is quick, easy and efficient. They have a very clean and neat waiting area available, if the service they are doing on your vehicle requires that you get out of it. read more

You know what is missing....that "white glove" experience. The mechanic that is clearly having a day full of issues has allowed that tone to drift over when he speaks to customers. I have now seen him talk to three other people after me in the same way. I guess we are supposed to just assume to drive the car around the building and get of and leave it there due to his standards... This experience has been enlightening at best. read more

So I took my girlfriend's car in for an oil change. No issues prior, meaning no leaks. Notice 2 large oil spots on the ground over the next 2 days. I call them and have my girlfriend take her car in. So they tell her that the wrong gasket is on the drain valve bolt. My girlfriend doesn't know anything about cars, so she takes their word. I come home and there's a 3rd oil spot now and she tells me what they told her. So not only did they lie to a customer and made something up. But they didn't fix the issue that they caused. Also looks like they put the oil in with a super soaker. Oil all over. Have pictures of everything if anyone has any doubt. Terrible service, terrible price, and I'm absolutely putting the word out every chance I get, and I work in the transportation industry. This location is close to my house so my husband and I come here every time we need an oil change or tire rotation. I typically don't review places like this for Yelp but I couldn't resist after the my last two visits. I recently stopped by to have a headlight replaced and possibly have my tires rotated. Service techs was prompt and suggested I wait for the tire rotation so I waited a total of maybe 5 minutes. I came back the next day to see if they could fix an undercarriage cover that was knocked loose during a car wash. They were quick, friendly, and were able to help me out. My husband and I will continue to come to this location. read more

Only go here if you want to pay DOUBLE for a regular oil change. I routinely take my car to Firestone and even Walmart sometimes to get a $20 oil change. After Jiffy Lube was done with my car and did their little inspection thing, that I clearly knew more about the car than the tech knew, they told me it was going to be $60. And $100 if I wanted to go with premium. I said OK no worries because I had a $20 oil change coupon. Nope, they don't do oil changes for $20 because "they loose money" I was furious and asked again why they could not take this coupon even though the expiration day had not expired yet. The lady had no clue why they couldn't take it she just stated they could not take it. Due to the fact, I had to be at work in 15 minutes I told them whatever and pay the $61 for an oil change. Would never recommend Jiffy Lube (or at least this location) to any of my friends or family. Oh yeah also the part about vacuuming , also false. They did a very very poor job on that. Looked like a kid had raced through it and shoved everything under the seats. (Umbrella, bottle of water, etc) ridiculous. read more

Who said chivalry was dead? The guys at Jiffy Lube sure as heck don't think so! I arrived and had my door opened for me and I was walked to the front door where yet ANOTHER door was opened for me, and where I only waited 12 minutes for my oil to be changed, floor boards vacuumed, windows washed, and my car checked to ensure everything was still rolling along ok. At the checkout the manager kindly walked me through everything that had been done to my car and before I left, all four of the employees who serviced my car thanked me and wished me a good day. I'll probably never go back. They did change the oil and top off fluid (although I paid extra when it was supposed to be free, but since I just wanted to leave, I didn't argue). However, with the exception of the girl who was working, the guys were all goofing off and they screwed up the tire pressure in my tires. Left side was at 36psi and right side at 27psi. One lady saw that they were goofing off and made the guy get out of her vehicle and she left before they got started to go elsewhere. I wish I would have done the same. They pulled my car in right away but waited 15 more minutes to start working on it. I was told part of the service was vacuuming the interior but mine wasn't touched. They did not reset my oil change alarm. I'm a little worried about what else they forgot. And at $40 it was overpriced. Plus they tried to upsell me to high mileage oil but my car isn't high milage. felt the techs tried to sell me extra items and refused no for an answer after I explained my husband was going to fix it later that evening took three no s for them to agree not to charge me for changing one out of my three brake lights (obviously not an emergency) and only after I asked if he wanted to speak with ny husban who was on the phone at the time i was treated extremely rude and felt as thought the techs and the management were making light of one of the techs pretending to spit on his hand before he extended it to me as a greeting after I asked why the gentleman next to me was properly introduced to the tech explaining the services he was about to preform and I wasnt I have been going to this particular jiffy lube for years and after today not only will I never go back but I will discourage every lady I know (and lets be honest those I dont personally know as well) not visit this jiffy lube the juvenile behavior of boys being boys in the garage did not sit well with me I found it extremely disrespectful and it made me feel like I should have had my husband take the car to be serviced I thought the years of women being treated with the sneaky used car salesman attitude was long past apparently these "men" didnt get the memo read more
