    Taco Tuesday street tacos

This chain has some of the best street tacos in the state. They are always kind and get the food out quickly. It's a classic Mexican style fast sit-down restaurant with an excellent salsa bar. No complaints!

    Friday special - no love.

Food was below par today. Quesadilla with pork. Cheese was over cooked and the cut job was nothing but careless. The service was ok. I asked if there was meat inside the special and he said yes. But the price was different. Friday special is a cheese quesadilla. There were hair balls on the ground. So this is something to pay attention to.

It's nice to see new restaurants in Lindon and this place doesn't disappoint. They are working on getting chips on the menu, but for now they have classic staples to choose from including variety of street tacos, burritos and quesadillas. Loved to see that the al pastor mean was slow cooked on a spit. The two green sauces were really tasty, there was one red hot sauce but it was lacking both heat and flavor. It looked like there was one hot sauce that was missing so next time I'll have to see if it's available. The al pastor was amazing and both the pollo and chorizo were really good. The tortillas were able to handle the loaded meat without falling apart. Can't wait to come back and try it again as they continue to improve.

We're big fans of Street Tacos Don Joaquin, so we're excited to have another location nearby! Thursday's are our favorite since the gringas are on sale that night. Tried the refried beans - they're silky smooth and hit the spot.

Food is authentic. Salsa bar is off the hook (but are too spicy for the average gringo).

RUN here. From the…read moresecond we walked in everything was on point. Greeted immediately, taken care of the entire time, water never empty. Service like this just makes the whole experience. The space is so cute. Clean, simple, pretty, and there is an upstairs private area that is such a vibe. Now the food. Wow. Queso fundido was insane. The jalapeños had the perfect kick and the homemade tortillas are hands down the best tortillas. I would go back just for those. Empanadas and tinga tostados were packed with flavor but listen to me... GET THE LAMB. It was unreal. And then dessert. The hibiscus poached pear with whipped cream. Light, unique, not too sweet, just perfect. Everything was beautifully plated. Every single thing felt intentional. 10 out of 10. Cannot wait to go back next time I am in Utah.

The service was really good. In comparison the food was bland and greasy. Our eating buddies were…read moreso excited to try here and were equally disappointed in their meal. This is not an inexpensive restaurant. My favourite go to meal is anything Mexican. The chicken taco had no flavour at all. No spices nothing. One taco was dripping grease the other had no grease. The pork taco had a flavor. Good combination of ingredients that made it interesting The beef taco was gamey and tough. We kept chewing the beef, but the toughness won and we gave up. Pretty disappointed in the meal especially in relation to the price point of the meal.

For starters, the rice and beens, which are often a throw away part of the meal, were amazing. We were loving the tacos dorados, crunchy and super yummy (the wife). The asada burrito was really good with flavorful meat, healthy cheese pull, and tasty tortilla (right up there with our burrito lover's favorites). Liked the chicken enchiladas, queso birria, and relleno. But again, the rice and beans are and worth ordering if they don't come with your entree. The staff were cheerful and helpful. Even the other diners were helpful, pointing out their favorites (and we were the only gringos in the entire place). So go. Thanks, Mi Lindo Guadalajara!

We were all back in town for Christmas break and decided to eat here for old times sake. It's still just as delicious! The carne asada tacos are very flavorful with that perfect amount of crispy-ness. Same with the Pastor tacos. The add ons are always very fresh. The service is consistently so kind. When we graduated they actually gave us all Mi Lindo swag which was very fun. The vibe of the restaurant is great and it's fun to be able to see them cook your food. Provo/Utah is known for its tacos/Mexican food and this is seriously the best I've had. Every time I come into town I eat here at least once!
