This place is a lot of fun! I've gone for their holiday flights a few times now and really enjoyed. They are rather sweet, but they suit the holiday theme well so it's worth it! I have no idea how much the flights cost... so it's probably a little pricier given the theme. But! I would go if I had to wait at Runaway and the vibe of the restaurant is really fun. Bar is big, so you could sit alone and watch a game or hang with friends easily. Food was good - not going to change your life, but tasty and convenient. Was very happy with their Brussels sprout salad!! Overall a happy experience. Hope they incorporate more themed drinks / promos / menus as they continue. read more

I've been here a few times now, and I really want to eat here but it's just not worth it. Prices are just way too high for what is offered. I really enjoy the patio and the decor inside. Orange push pop cocktail was also so good, i've tried so many Orange Creamsicle cocktails and nothing has ever came this close to actually tasting like the orange cream icecream, literally was spot on!! Came here on a busy Friday night and sat at the bar and was served super fast. I got the burger, Brussels, and margarita. All the food was really really good. Each night they have various food and drink specials so check those out before ordering! It's a sports bar so expect it to be a little loud if there's football etc on. Will be back! read more

Convenient location on Thrift Road with average parking. The restaurant is really nice inside with a fun comic book style decor. The bar is large with plenty of TV's and they have an outdoor area too. Service was good and the quality of the drinks is worth the wait. The Espresso Martini Creme Brulee Martini's were excellent. Smashburger and house made chips were also very good. Menu is small but I guess that will help keep the quality up. They said they do brunch as well. read more

I have now been in here a couple of times and I've found that it is a fun option to catch a sporting event with friends. Located on Thrift Road in the fast growing Wesley Heights neighborhood, Streetcar contains a number of TVs along with a large wraparound bar and a variety of indoor and outdoor seating. The decor seems to be comic book inspired while also paying homage to the city of Charlotte. While I would definitely classify them as a sports bar, they also like to get creative with their cocktails and have in the past hosted themed popups including a Christmas one that I've heard good things about. Their food menu is small but they include some solid options. I wouldn't say this is a place I would go out of my way to grab dinner at, but if you are there grabbing drinks or watching sports with friends they have some good food to munch on. Overall it gives great neighborhood hangout vibes and the times I've been there they have played great music which is a plus. read more

A waste of time and calories..... I can't believe that this place was so bad. The bartender was very sweet and she did her thing today. (5/12/24) I'm sitting here as I write this because I really can't believe it. Wings were terrible, I ordered sweet and spicy but it was a very bland undercooked appetizer. I ordered loaded Tots, and they were messed up the first time because they had ranch. Then when they came out they were cold fries that I could barely stand to eat. I'm sooo glad we checked this place out tonight! It was a slow Monday right at opening time so we were the only bar guests but the server and manager were so warm and welcoming to my toddler and newborn, they even put on Bluey on the big screens. They went above and beyond and the food was fast and delicious. Monday night was half off bottles of wine so we only paid $16 for a bottle of Rose! Also honorable mention for the gluten free options (gluten free buns for burgers +$2). Super yummy. Met some friends for lunch. The tater tots are perfect. I had the biscuits and gravy which were delicious. I also had a mimosa (which came with a spray bottle for those people that just like a splash of juice in their champagne). My friend had the breakfast sandwich with the egg on top. I was really excited to check this place out, but I was extremely disappointed. The patio is super cute, but the rude servers completely ruined the whole experience. I have never had worse service. We were there for almost 4 hours. We had to flag down the servers to get drinks and food. We even had to ask for wine glasses because they never came back with them. The servers were unapologetic and seemed to be avoiding us even though we were just trying to place an order. Also, our bottle of wine we ordered was completely frozen. It took over 30 minutes to get a server to tell them. I hope they figure out their service because this place has potential. But I will not be back any time soon. read more

I got the wings and they were the tiniest chickens I've ever seen in my life. So I start eating and realized that the chicken was a little bit warm but still pretty cold, so I take a bite into the second chicken and when i say that thing was cold it was cold, and the sauce on the wings was over all pretty mid.My sister got the buffalo chicken dip, and she said that it wasn't very good ( but at this point I didn't even bother to try to taste the chicken dip because I was already annoyed about the wings). My dad got the burger ( I can't remember which one) and he said that it was pretty mid also. This meal was pretty bad, and the worse part was it was expensive I got like 10 tiny wings that were about the size of 4 normal ones for $18. I've been here twice in one week and wow this place has bad service. Food is pretty good and inexpensive, but the service was terrible each time. Watched my server place my food onto another table by accident and then bring it over to me, they just lied and pretended it didn't happen. Not to mention that they placed someone else's food on my table. The cocktails do not match the descriptions on the menu at all. Highlight of the night was watching a server carry beers and cocktails with their armpits while spilling all over the floor.
