Love this food truck! It's the reason we still go to the food truck park. They make their noodles from scratch, and you can really taste the difference. My favorite used to be the vegan biang biang, but lately I've been loving the Dan Dan noodles. The bao buns are also really good, and the portion sizes are amazing I always end up with delicious leftovers. Highly recommend!

Great noodles! Perfect amount of chili crunch and spice to flavor ratio. Bao was fluffy and filling was nice. Dumplings were really good. Got it to go and it was delicious. Will comeback soon!

Georgetown-Outstanding food truck!! We were out for Thursday night bingo at the Southfork Fun Food & Brew food truck place! Definitely will return to the Stretch the Noodle truck. We had some great chow mein & fried pork/shrimp dumplings as well as fried chicken dumplings. DELICIOUS, although a little bit spicy for me. Next time I would order with no spice instead of mild. Overall, a really fun night playing some music bingo.

    Vegan dumplings.

The dumplings were the best I've ever had. Pan fried to perfection. I placed a second order before I finished my first. Couldn't recommend it more. Will be back again very soon.

I was in the area and my first thought on my way home was to stop here to get food for dinner. They have relocated to the Killeen Food Truck. Thankfully, there was no line. I ordered the Sichuan Spicy pork bao since they ran out of them last time, pork and shrimp pan fried dumplings, Dan Dan noodles and Biang Biang noodles. They have adjusted the spice level to just mild, medium and spicy. I ordered something in between medium and spicy so this time I can focus on the flavor instead of the yummy hot pepper. Everything was delicious and their food is consistent. All handmade to perfection. I liked that the bao came with meat. Dan Dan noodles still great. My favorite is still the pork and shrimp pan fried dumplings and Biang Biang noodles. I would definitely drive out for more since it was delicious. They have great customer service.

Pan fried chicken dumplings, it came 10 to an order!!!

The food was so good! It is definitely hand made and has that Chinese grandma's touch. The atmosphere would've been excellent other than the fact that the sub par performer had her music so loud we couldn't even think... but not the fault of the restaurant. Great food well worth the wait.

Perfect! Check this place out! Surrounded by quiet of food trucks and a lot of places to sit and relax. The noodles were delicious and definitely a change from what other noodle places around offer. Service was great and the owners were super friendly.

I heard about this food truck from a local food group after they apparently went viral. Waited it out 2 weeks and went on a Friday at opening. There was only one other person in front of me but as soon as 4 pm had hit, the line quickly formed. I read a lot of comments about the rude owner. I don't think the male owner is trying to come off as rude. They honestly looked overwhelmed and he was just straight forward to get things moving quickly. When I went, not everything was available and it was reflected on the chalkboard menu. I ordered one of each noodle that was available - mild, pork dumplings & a spicy pork dumpling. I received a beeper, paid and waited 20 minutes for my order. My favorite was the la mian. Tender, flavorful beef with a delicious soup that still had a bit of a kick. The chao mian was also delicious. I was shocked at how addictive it was since it's just a stir fry noodle. Dan dan was my least favorite. It was good, just a preference on not loving dan dan but wanting to try it. I wish they had the shrimp and pork dumplings but the pork was still good. Not the best dumplings I've had though and not something I would get next time. I would also skip on the spicy pork dumpling next time. It's big and filling but I found it to be soggy when soaked in the sauce. I got everything mild so my kids could eat too but they found it to be too spicy so for those who can't handle any heat, there will still be a hint. I can't imagine waiting 3-4 hours but I was happy to try with the 20 minute wait. I do wish they had the shrimp and pork dumplings and the biang biang noodles. I will eventually return but again, although it was good, it wasn't wow but social media set the standard really high.

Delicious handmade noodles from a food truck? Yes, please! The flavors are fantastic and the noodles are soooo good. Just make sure you ask about spiciness if that is an issue for you because when they make something spicy, they mean it! I absolutely recommend the chao mian in mild and the pork dumplings.

Honestly, I was looking forward to eating here after all of the hype that it garnered on social media. The wait time was not very long at the Killeen location during lunch on a weekday. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. The food, though very aesthetically pleasing, was not the best. The broth in the beef noodle soup was very much soy sauce and water heavy. The noodles, though handmade, were not tremendously special. In some cases, they were very tough. I would recommend people try this, especially if they're not familiar with Asian cuisine, but I will not be returning. UPDATE: Owner is rude and judgmental (see his response to my initial review where he said I must've been expecting "magic noodles." Though I didn't love the noodles, I was both honest AND supportive, as I recommended others to try out the food!). Owner cannot seem to accept criticisms and makes assumptions about my experience eating Chinese cuisine (I am an immigrant ???) I hope others have a better experience than me.

Brand new Fresh handpull, bao and dumpling food truck called Stretch The Noodle Tx just arrived from Portland. They're located at the South Fork Fun & Food Brew park in Georgetown and i am thoroughly impressed. They can easily beat out all the options in Austin imo. The fresh noodles had an irresistible bite, creating a truly addictive texture. This would be the first time where I had the peanut based Dan Dan noodles where it was enjoyable and not taste like peanut butter nor drowned in oil. The la mien broth was bold flavorful with solid vegetables that didnt taint the broth. The meat was fall apart tender. As for the pork and shrimp dumplings, they stood out with a chunky whole shrimp nestled within, and a perfectly crisp, pan-fried bottom. They're open mainly weekends and only in Georgetown for now as they get started. The park itself has beer, playground and other food trucks.

As we were walking to our table, my feet were slipping as if there was grease on the floor in the front of the restaurant as well. It kind of made me feel like I was at a Jack in the Box at 2 AM. Our server was very kind and attentive; however, the place overall did not look very well kept together or clean. I would say, on a cleanliness scale, it was a 3 out of 10. I don't recommend this place. The food was truly not that good for the price at all. I ordered four dishes and four drinks, and my total was $77.33, not including a tip. My husband and I both agreed that if we would've gone to Panda Express, we would've enjoyed it more for half the price. If you would like to sit down and enjoy Chinese food in a restaurant, as this one is advertising, I'd highly recommend going to Hunan Lion in Round Rock, Texas. We recently moved from Round Rock to Jarrell, so we were trying to stay closer to home, but never again will I eat here. I'll definitely be making the trip to Round Rock every single time I want Chinese food.

It was tempura shrimp and it wasn't peppery (they just stuck jalapeño slices in there). It tasted fine but it's not what I ordered. I've had this dish many times at other Chinese restaurants and it refers to a specific method of cooking shrimp: lightly battered and crispy, with a strong flavor of black pepper. Wish they took the time to make it correctly or rename what they gave me.

Surroundings that transport you somewhere, like a villa, to embrace a type of cuisine? Here, I'd say ambiance is a comfortable escape with a kitchen and menu offering quality Japanese fare we all crave. The menu is vast and easy to read as you nestle in the cozy, Japanese themed surroundings. Not fancy. Cozy. You quickly forget the strip mall location and vape shop next door. It's a place to settle in for a spell or a quick, relaxing lunch. The service was extremely friendly, smiling and quick. The sushi was delicious, proper temperature and flavorful. The spicy seasonings were on point and the very spicy is appropriately noted on menu. I'm going back for more exploration, relaxation and `affordable quality.
