    C.1. Red Curry (*1*)
    Tonyia F.

Warm welcome as we entered the establishment, hostess/waitress was attentive and kind and knowledgeable about the menu items. I was washer to try one of the many curry options they had available. Red curry is what I selected and was extremely satisfied. I selected chicken as the protein. I believe they could've put more than what was offered since much of the dish was a lot of vegetables. It had a kick, but wasn't too spicy.

Such a wonderful little Thai restaurant. The food always tastes fresh and is ready so quickly. This time we got the chicken pad see ew and vegetarian egg rolls. The service is good and food is reasonably priced.

I ordered delivery from Chokdee Thai Cuisine. The order came quickly and was still warm. O orders Pinapple fried rice medium mild. I didn't taste any heat, rather the taste of curry. The raisins were a nice unexpected touch. The cheese rolls were also a spin on the traditional crab Rangoon. My favorite food, are fresh spring rolls. They were a great size and the peanut sauce was very tasty.

My husband and I are vegetarians so we wanted to find a restaurant that has vegetarian options. Chokdee can make pretty anything on the menu as vegetarian. Whenever we go to a Thai restaurant for the first time, we order 4 dishes to make sure we like the restaurant. (Usually pad thai, pad kee maw, one fried rice and one curry). We ordered pad thai, pad kee maw, massaman curry and basil fried rice all with tofu. Overall, good flavor. We liked pad kee maw the best out of all the dishes. Basil fried rice came with chicken so we didn't end up eating it, but little bit we tried before knowing that it had chicken, it was good! The server was extremely nice! She was smiling the whole time even though she was really really busy with customers rushing in for dinner. We really appreciated her energy and good service. If you are in the area, try Chokdee!

That was some of the best Thai food I've ever had. The spring rolls are huge. Be aware that they are basically their own meal if you order it by yourself. The plates are very generous and I absolutely loved my food. The waitress was super sweet and very helpful. The place was clean and inviting.

Service was poor to begin after we stated ourselves. It improved greatly after a waitress actually came to the table. We had her previously. The shrimp and pork dumplings were tasty but the sauce needs improvement. Got an alternative sauce with some flavor and was much better. The yellow curry with pork was very tasty. Lots of veggies. The cashew stir fry with chicken was very tasty but could use more than 5 cashews. Lots of peppers and mushrooms which were good. Portions are not enormous but sufficient for a small leftover.

Twas second time coming here. We had vegetarian pad tse you, basal fried rice and tom Kah soup. They were all good but felt missing something since we asked them not to put fish sauce. If they put little bit of mushroom seasonings, that would make a good alternative for fish sauce. Anyways, my wife enjoyed it and we had a good vegetarian meal. Keep up the good work!

I ordered Pad Kee Mao per recommendation of the server. It was pretty solid! It was pretty spicy, but they do warn you before you order. I thought overall it was pretty decent. My friends all enjoyed their food as well.

Best Thai food in Round Rock. Always consistent and friendly service. My favorite is the Pad-Se-Ew. Enjoy.

Awesome service! So nice to come to a place and don't be rushed out the door. The food is very tasty. I've been here before and ordered takeout. I love their pad thai. I've been meaning to try the mango ice cream dessert. Next time for sure.

At first glance, it seems like a good place to go, but unfortunately, I had to knock off a couple of stars. I'm a huge fan of Thai iced tea in general, but this one was unbearably sweet. It was like your child dumped the whole bag of sugar into the Kool-Aid kind of sweet. The guy next to me ordered one too and ended up pouring some of his water into it. I don't know how the heck he drank it. Even after I watered it down and stirred it around to get the ice to melt, it was still horrible. Five or six dollars for a drink I couldn't even sip on. Of course, I'm too nice to say anything, so I just went on with my meal. My lomein noodles, though, were pretty fire, I have to admit. Spot on and really good. I asked for medium spice, and that's exactly what it was. Props to the chef. All in all, I think we spent about $50 or $60, so not too bad for the meal. Before I left, I went into the men's room, and it was pretty dirty. Supplies on some shelves were in the middle of the restroom, find another place for that in the back or something. Not a good look, just presents laziness. There were splatters on the wall. I mean, how hard is it to just wipe down the wall every once in a while? I don't know, man. I would not expect the restroom to look like this, considering the rest of the building was pretty clean. Come by and check this place out. Get some good food, but don't order the tea. Lol.

Had takeout from here a while back so we decided to come in for dinner and try it out. Parking can be limited depending on the time you go since it's a shared lot. If you go when there is an Orange Theory Fitness class going on you could be out of luck on finding a spot. Outside of that service is good prices are decent. Portions are fair but we only ordered 3 items kids fried rice chicken satay pad thai with chicken Everything was great and my only reason for not giving the extra star is the cleanliness of our area. The table was wiped down but it was almost as if everything was just wiped onto the floor. Overall we'll comeback but maybe just do takeout.

Solid spot for Thai!…read more Everything was great -- textures and flavors on point. Loved that they had a selection of crispy pork belly dishes. Got the #48 (crispy pork belly with Chinese broccoli). It was tasty as take-out and I'm sure it's even better on the spot. Chinese broccoli was cooked perfectly. Also tried the crispy wings which were yummy as well. Finally, my husband's Pad Thai was excellent (perfectly flavored, with nicely crisped tofu). The food comes with some hot pepper powder, pickled jalapeños, and sambal sauce on the side if you ask for hot sauce. If you have a higher spice tolerance, you can ask for fresh Thai chili on the side instead! Our usual order is usually the pad Thai and garlic crispy pork with cilantro sauce! The crispy pork is crispy, but also soft once you hit the meat. It is a good choice for those who don't like only crispy skin, or only meat. It's the best of both worlds. The pad Thai is nicely moist without being too soggy. It's sticky at most. Once you mix it with the bean sprouts, it comes out perfect. I also recommend their Thai tea! I get one every time and it isn't overly creamy. The music is pretty loud if there aren't a lot of people in the restaurant, but it's not too bad. The service is always amazing since I believe the owners are always at the restaurant.

Ordering and pickup were smooth. Now let's talk food. The deep-fried egg rolls (stuffed with carrots, cabbage, and clear bean noodles, served with sweet and sour sauce) were really good. Crispy, hot, and flavorful. Solid start. The steamed dumplings? Now those were the star of the show. Made with pork, shrimp, crab meat, green onions, and carrots -- and served with their special sauce. That sauce paired perfectly with the dumplings. Balanced, flavorful, and just worked. Out of everything we ordered, this was the clear home run. I also ordered what I believed to be the Thai papaya salad. From what I can tell comparing ingredients, I did receive the Thai-style version (shredded papaya, garlic, fish sauce, tomatoes, lime juice, palm sugar, topped with peanuts). Unfortunately, I was not impressed. I've had papaya salad at other Thai spots where the peanuts are roasted and really incorporated into the dish. Here, it felt like the peanuts were just tossed in at the end. The overall flavor just didn't come together, and I wouldn't order that again. My husband had the Thai fried rice (his second time ordering it), and he thoroughly enjoys it -- so that's a win on his side. For me, out of the egg rolls, papaya salad, and steamed dumplings -- the dumplings were the only real standout. Would I go back? Probably not. But that's just my experience -- don't let me be the deciding factor. Give it a try and see what hits for you.
