Was craving indo-chinese and tried Monks ! I must say , the restaurant is clean and beautiful ! It gives you a very fresh and welcoming feeling. We were immediately seated on a weeknight ! We ordered the Manchow soup, panner Manchurian, and street style noodles, added a side of veg fried rice and we also ordered some stuff off kids menu ! The service was quick & attentive and the food taste was really good and delicious ! The owner or manger also came to get our feedback on the food. The pricing is on a moderate side . We definitely want to be back to try some other options that looked equally interesting. Ample of parking space available around.

Dirty tables dirty windows, spit on them what a disgusting place food on the table from previous night service. I can't even imagine what the kitchen looks like.

Welcoming, clean, biz-casual ambience... Fresh! So many choices with as many different flavors! #Savorful Went with a not-too-spicy Chicken Masala. Fragrant... perfect. The male server, Naveen, was pleasant & quick with the order... happily, bc I missed breakfast & my body needed fuel. Ample parking, if you get here when they open. Otherwise, you're competing for space with patrons of nearby restaurants & other retail spaces.

Fantastic, quick and friendly service. Will eat here often! Delicious first dish. They have many I look forward to trying.

We visited Monks for dinner and were pleasantly surprised by the range of flavors -- their Chicken butter Masala and Garlic Naan were both fragrant and satisfying, and the Indo-Chinese dishes had a nice balance of spice and umami. The space is clean with a comfortable vibe, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Will definitely go back to try more from the menu!

Visited this place and bought a food. The food has trash and it's not meat. It's like fat bait so gross and a seed !!?from leftovers- the rice isn't fresh. Their menu includes meat but they don't have it. Sadly they don't care the customer. This place doesn't have the standard safety food hygienist. They served leftovers.

The Food: Manchow Soup - Flavor was okay, but the noodle topping could have been crunchier.

I ordered their pho with meatball and 2 orders of their beef on the side. Their pho only has one size which I assume is their large, cuz it's huge! It comes with 3 meats of your choosing. I thought I ate a ton, but when I was close to full, it looked like I didn't eat any at all. My husband ordered their B1 grilled pork and fried eggroll vermicelli bowl. Safe to say, this place has texas sized portions! We will definitely be back cuz I always crave pho when it's rainy season. There were only 2 servers who were constantly running around, due to a large party; but they were very attentive. Lots of seating, pretty spacious restaurant!

No need to deal with traffic going down south if you live around near Dell area. This restaurant was closed for months but we didn't notice any renovation as a result. This is another restaurant where you see Vietnamese families eating so you know this joint is legit. I've had the bun bo hue and the bun rieu here. Both are excellent. I have them hold the pork blood though. The Bahn Xeo crispy and filled with savory pork, shrimp, squid, and bean sprouts. This is another dish you should not miss here. Get the large size as it seems to have more surface area for the crispiness.
