The class I went to was a combination of rowing, tread, core and weight lifting. I liked the idea of 'switching stations' after a certain amount of time. Since I was new, the instructor reviewed everything with me at the beginning of class. There is some simple math to do when you get up to the tread, but I was able to figure it out rather quickly. Classes are an hour long and then there is a stretching portion afterwards. I got a great workout in. It's not really my type of workout, but I'm glad I tried it!

My trainer at Performance EDU (Collin LaPorte) has the experience and training to help me work on various parts of my body, focusing on different muscle groups each session. My best friend has been working out here for two years so this recommendation comes from her as well. Watching all the different fitness coaches here work with people who have varying degrees of endurance and goals reassures me that they all are capable at what they do. The same facility houses a Physical Therapist business, which I personally have not used but my friend has and notes how both the PT's and fitness coaches communicate and work together for the well being of each client.

He would not allow anyone to move her and called for an ambulance. We all arrived as his guests and did our thing; afterwards we weighed our options and decided to go with $10 day passes. We don't always know when work sends us across the country. There are machines I wish they had, but the place is too small to house them. No matter. They have more than enough for a great work out. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the members were very polite. Maybe just a matter of respecting those "poor out of shape old people". lol.
