So I signed up with Orange Theory and I have not looked back! 6 months and 85 workouts later, it's been one of the best decisions I've made in my 40's. Best workout around! This is the only workout routine I've been able to stick with consistently. I started with 2 classes a week and now go 5 times a week, and can't imagine starting my day without it! It's been a lifesaver for my health and mental fitness. The coaches are all personable and will help you with your form When you need it. It's also never the same workout twice, so it's hard to get bored. I highly recommend it! read more

I absolutely love Orangetheory Fitness. I never knew I could be in such good shape at 54 years old. I'm in the best shape I've ever been in my life. I was hesitant to continue going when the pandemic happened but I missed not just the exercise but the coaches, the encouragement and my morning gym buddies. I decided that I would go and see how it is. I feel and I am safer at Orangetheory then at the grocery store or even at work! Everything is wiped down frequently. I've lost my Covid-10 (pounds from Zooming too much). I'm writing this review because a lot of people are afraid to return to the gym but Orangetheory does an excellent job of keeping the studio clean. I have checked out other gyms since the pandemic. Other gyms smell like smelly socks, so their probably not clean. read more

Clean, professional, modern, well-kept, positive, supportive community. These words are what come to mind when I think of OrangeTheory Fitness. I absolutely love that all the OTF coaches (across the nation) must be certified in personal/group training along with having a CPR/AED certification, not to mention have to stay updated. Every workout is different--sure, you will hit the treadmill, rower and weight floor almost every time--but you won't repeat the same layout/circuit again unless it's one of the "specialty workouts." OTF is really big on cleanliness, which is a huge make-or-break for me. OTF is big on partnering with non-profit organizations every month to help either raise awareness of the cause or raise money. If you're a member at one studio, you're a member of all the studios in the country (even world). So if you're traveling, you can go to the studio nearest you and you all do the same workout that day as all of the other studios. If you haven't tried it out, go for it. You get a free class and be sure to wear the heart rate monitor they provide, otherwise, you won't be able to see your progress and the coach won't be able to accurately coach you to the specific HR zones for the most successful results. read more

Highly recommend! So fun! You don't need to be an expert, or know what you're doing. They show you everything. Each workout is different. All the instructors are friendly, helpful, and nice. The front desk is friendly, helpful and always smiling. The facility and equipment are spotless and clean. I love it. So happy I decided to go out on a limb and try it! Very belittling and degrading. I left in tears before I was even able to work out. I'm a single mother who works two jobs. Trying to get back in shape, I sought the help of Orange Theory after hearing great things. Because of my busy schedule my work outs are very difficult, but I felt comfortable that the Rockwall location would be able to help me finally reach my goals. I was 5 minutes late to the schedule arrival, but still 15 minutes before class time. My child was having trouble at school, and I was outside the gym on the phone with the school. I had waved to the front desk guy to show I had arrived, but would be a minute. When I rushed inside and went to the desk the boy said, "sorry but you can't work out with us today. You've passed the time." I begged him with tears forming to let me stay, that I could still learn the workout and not fall behind. He responded, "we have a very strict policy per corporate. Next time maybe you won't be tardy." The lobby was full (maybe 8 members) all listening and watching. I felt mortified. Embarrassed and disappointed in myself for being turned away from my only opportunity to work towards my goal all because I had to be there for my child. Please, if you value yourself, do not attend a class at this Orangetheory studio. There are so many other places that will respect their customers. read more

I had high hopes going in but this place was a complete let down. First of all, when I walked in, the two girls at the front desk looked and acted like they hated their jobs. They had absolutely NO enthusiasm. The girl that helped me with my paperwork was nice, but seemed very "blah". She told me after all the months she's worked there, she's only taken one class because she doesn't really prefer them. Wow. Then when I get into the class, it was not much better. The trainer seemed like she was struggling to balance the class. She also was pretty low energy. Does everyone hate their job here? First and LAST class at OT. read more

came for free tryout but when arrived 15 prior to scheduled time was told that it was too late because of prescreening prior to time of scheduled workout UNLESS you paid $12. so I guess as long as your first session is paid for you don't need pre health screening. - what a scam. Once in there the exercise regimen was basic and over inflated calories burnt. Needless to say will not be back read more

Excellent customer service. They are a little on the expensive side; however, I was able to try the program out for a month and get out of the program pretty easily. I would recommend at least trying their fitness program to see if it works for you! read more

This company are liers I went in for a free class and the sales rep lied to me and told me I was signing up for 4 classes to use when ever I wanted for a one time fee. Instead it was a membership I have been getting charged everymonth for something I have not used. THey are not honest and to cancel my account they want me to come in . If I come in I will go off on the manager Im so upset. THey are money hungry and not worth your time. read more

I live in New Jersey, so my base Orange Theory is located there. It's a spectacular gym. The front desk staff is knowledgeable, welcoming, cheerful and energetic. Likewise for the coaches - they structure workouts that flow smoothly and they actively motivate the participants. The Rockwall Orange Theory is shockingly bad. The front desk staff is dismissive and not knowledgeable. They failed to set up my heart rate monitor before the workout (I arrived 15 minutes before the start of the workout) - I ended up missing ten minutes of the workout as they tried to set up a house monitor for me. The monitor still was not properly set up, as the post-workout email report was not sent to me. The actual workout was fragmented and the coach was mostly quiet - not very motivating. She got tired while demonstrating some floor moves - I expect coaches to be much more physically fit than me! This Orange Theory definitely did not meet my expectations. The whole value proposition of OTF, the heart rate monitor and the energetic coaching, is completely absent at the Rockwall OTF. read more

I LOVE OTF Rockwall!! It's my favorite place to be outside of my family. Brock is an amazing studio manager. Brielle, Bryan, and Matthew rock the front. And Ashley, Hannah, Monica, and Christina are the best coaches EVER! It's laughs from the moment you walk in, til the moment you leave. Even if you're dying from an amazing workout.
