When I downgraded from 8 to 4 and then to 4 to 1 monthly visits, I would still charge the previous month and the current month on the same date. 10 weeks later I was told that there's a 30 notice window for making changes. The general manager of this store signed me up for a session in Highland Park, TX when I live in Highland Park, IL. I arrived at the store in IL and they had no record of my booking. I called this general manager to explain and ask for a refund. He assured me he would take care of it. I didn't hear from him for a couple of weeks so I checked my bank and called the store; still no response or refund. I called numerous times trying to get a refund. When I finally get the general manager on the phone, he says it's too late to process the refund and there is no head office or customer service number to call. Do not give this store or general manager any of your money. Absolute scam artist. read more

There is almost no company I could recommend less. My suggestion: stay away from this place. Save your money. The therapy here is good, but their financial arrangements border on the criminal. I have spent many hours and numerous contacts trying to resolve financial/credit issues with this company without any success. They require you to purchase a plan to get their services. The credits on this plan expire in one month, which they do not make clear at all. The employees are all short-term and rotate like the breeze. Three of my "flexologists" no longer work there, and there is a lot of value to continuity of service. I am so bitter with these people, I wouldn't go back if they paid me - mad I did pay them a ton. Came in from a friend suggestion after sleeping multiple times and get major sprains in my neck and feel like pinched nerves. Was going to go to massage next then chiropractor to try to work out issue before seeing medication's for pain. Got to meet Ivan who was very knowledgeable and super educated on joints, ligaments, string and muscles in the body that I knew connected and did! Got to to a digital evaluation to help guide on possible target areas that could help to relieve neck that connected to all body. After laying down and going through different stretching and mobility exercises and moves on my lower I felt immediately lower body stiffness and pressure relief! Then for upper body and neck each time being able to slowly get better mobility by slowly working up joints. A nice part was the massage gun device that Ivan uses on the specific pain area then re stretching! Felt like a massage and alot of chiropractoric like adjustments really helped unwind the knots, spring, and pinches I was being plagued with! After getting knowledge of what I can do at home to help encourage continued ease and signing a membership which I could cancel anytime with no penalties and at the price that I can afford I left feeling unwound and ALOT better! I highly recommend and plan on recommending Stretch Labs and Ivan himself for muscle issues or springs or Bering sleeping neck postures which has made me unable to work full time from pain. I plan on following suggestions and will be going back for a re evaluation and assistance! I highly recommend! I've been visiting StretchLab in the Highland Park area of Dallas and have primarily worked with Tyshae and Timothy, with Jessica once as a flexologist. The facility is clean, and the flexologists are punctual, experienced, and very helpful. We have small talk during our sessions, which makes the time go by quickly, and they are super friendly. They offer either a 25-minute or 50-minute session, and I always leave feeling relaxed and as if I got a great stretch. They are AMAZING! However, I have experienced some issues when trying to communicate with the management. There have been times when I've called with a concern and spoken to a manager who promised to call back but never did. This is particularly frustrating because getting someone on the phone is usually difficult. Overall, while the stretching sessions are excellent, the management's lack of responsiveness is disappointing. read more

Please be very careful when you visit this location. I know they will leave a comment about this but want to share my story. I signed up for an initial three months and that was all I wanted. I was never told about the re-occurring automatic payments or i have to email to cancel. I was told explicitly my membership would not automatically renew after three months. If they would have told me this, I would have sent an email saying do not auto renew on the spot. I have this auto-renewing for the last 6 moths when I have two sessions still open from my initial three months. Their customer service email has never got back with me. I went to my bank who was able to return the last three months. Turns out, now I have been occurring late payments because of this which they never sent me text/voicemail or email about. I found out about this when I reached out about the return for the other months which they refuse to return. Please pay attention to the other comments that are 1 star like mine here. As an active, but inflexible person, I was so excited to hear a StretchLab was opening in Dallas! I first visited for their grand opening party where I received a complimentary 20 minute stretch in addition to other opening day festivities like a coffee bar and giveaways. Based on that stretch, my flexologist recommended I return for 50 minute sessions so I can get a full body stretch every time I come in. I signed up for the 50 minute membership with 4 sessions per month, but there were also options to do 8 sessions per month or 25 minutes 4 or 8 times per month. They also have class group stretches you can attend on their own or in addition to 1:1 sessions. The initial membership is for a 3 month period so you can see your progress, but then you can go month to month after that. In addition, there is an online platform you can join to receive at-home stretches on demand. I've been to 2 sessions so far and am already seeing some progress. For the 1:1 sessions, you are on your own bench (which is very comfortable and clean) with your flexologist. They recommend wearing comfortable clothes (I wear athletic clothes) and you must wear grip socks (which you can buy from them if needed). They use a "push and release" method where you stretch, resist, release, and stretch again to get the most out of each movement. They also use a 10 point intensity scale so throughout each stretch you communicate when the stretch is intense enough so you won't be pushed outside what you're comfortable with. I've appreciated working with a flexologist as it helps me get further into stretches than I could on my own. Everyone who works there seems great, but I was paired with Lesslie R for my initial stretch and I highly recommend working with her! On my most recent visit, I received Physmodo MAPS Screening after doing 3 squats in front of the technology, which provided me with a mobility, activation, posture, and symmetry score. I will continue to do these screenings to see how my score changes as I continue to work with StretchLab. My only complaint is the StretchLab app can be pretty glitchy. It's convenient for scheduling and viewing bookings, but sometimes it takes a few refreshes to get to where I'm trying to go in the app. read more
