This gym is primarily women as most classes offered revolve around music. The classes are well choreographed and the instructors are fantastic people. It is kept very clean and has a cool waiting room. They have one bathroom so not a full changing area, but some people do change when they arrive.

I'm from Lake Highlands and staying with family for a few days - and was able to walk over over and take a CP Reformer Flow 1.5 class at this location. The 1.5 class here was different than the one in Baltimore, but in a great way. The class was challenging and great. The instructor Rosebud was wonderful; she knew I was new to the studio and was very helpful and friendly. I really appreciated her adjustments, advice, and reminders. I took a 6:30am class on a weekday, and it wasn't full. The studio is really nice - clean, organized, large enough for the reformers to be spaced out comfortably. In Baltimore, I have a 4 class per month package, so the drop in class rate made my eyes go pug-like for a minute, but I enjoyed the class very much, and I'd happily return or consider membership if I still lived in Dallas. Since I don't, I'm happy to be able to visit this Club Pilates location when I visit home!

I have been to plenty of group fitness classes and this is the first time I ever went with my partner. She made the experience so freak amazing. The place was clean and the bathroom super clean and lockers in the lobby and bathroom which is super nice to have. Now the class it was a tough one and Jen made it super interactive and fun ! Immaculate. One of the coolest parts was the owner, Jackie.
