It's completely changed how I feel about going to the gym. I actually get excited to go. The structure is what gets me; it keeps things fresh so I'm always learning and challenged, which means zero boredom. Even when I'm totally exhausted and ready to bail (or cancel), the instructors are just amazing. They bring the energy and manage to pull me through somehow. Huge shout-out to my favorite instructors: Russell and Devin, y'all are still incredible, delivering super fun but challenging classes. And I have to mention Jonnie and Jared--they're totally awesome, great instructors too! They're all fantastic at pushing you hard without making it feel impossible. Evana, the Fit Body Boot Camp instructor, was beyond rude and unprofessional. In my experience, she spoke about clients in a disrespectful, dismissive way that made the environment feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The tone and attitude were shocking for someone who works in a role that's supposed to motivate, support, and encourage people. Instead of feeling inspired or supported, I felt judged and talked down about--exactly the opposite of what a gym should feel like. This is not someone who made me feel safe or comfortable enough to ever want to return. In my opinion, someone who openly talks about clients this way should not be working at this type of business at all. A fitness space should be inclusive and respectful, and this experience was neither. I will not be coming back, and I would seriously caution others who value respect and professionalism to not staff a workplace with staffing like this.

The classes are as intense as you make them. If you want to run a bunch of laps, go you! If you want to walk and take it easy, you made it out to a workout and that's awesome! There are classes if you are pregnant too. The instructors are great, plus there are lots of fun activities for your little ones after many of the workouts so they get to have playtime too!

Stayed here overnight and this hotel does NOT disappoint!…read more I came here a couple years earlier for an overnight stay, just like this trip I went on. Instead on this trip, I had a free room available in my account, which I wanted to redeem before expiring. First of all, the front desk people are very sweet and were very knowledgeable about the hotel and the amenities included. It was also around $35 for overnight parking, which I guess was okay considering I was only staying one night. The parking garage is adjacent to the hotel. Couple of the reasons I came is for the swimming pool and the gym. It seems this is what the hotel revolves around; that and the kid care. Entering into the hotel room, it was super clean and very nice. They have a no-smoking policy in the room, which I love because certain hotels don't have that kind of policy and the rooms smells horrible. When I woke up in the morning, I had a view of the pool and spa. It seemed there was a class in the pool and it looked really fun and I didn't know they had classes. Unfortunately, I didn't have any time to see the gym, but I will my next trip to this hotel. Next time I head to this hotel, I'll have more to review but for now, this is all I have to say. They have events for the holidays and socials as well. The workers are all really friendly and remember us every time we come by. The child care services are convenient for us to work out or hang out and get some work done. Our kid loves the staff,except for one person, but all the rest are amazing. The only thing, I wish they had a track or allowed us to run around the building while our kid is at the child care. Treadmills are tough for me. I tried the facial services too and the esthetician was great. She recommended some treatments and it was quite relaxing.
