I was looking for someone to replace my windshield top moulding and found Patrick through yelp. He told me I had to go to the dealership (BMW) to buy the part and he would install it for 300% less what the dealership was going to charge me..(those jerks)..He came out in one day notice and did it at my work in 15 minutes..=D he also threw in glass cleaner and i noticed that he put something over my existing crack to help it seal too..super nice and professional! i had a rock hit my windshield a month or so later and I called Patrick again! He came out that same day to take a look at it and see if it could get repaired instead of replaced. Awsome service... back in Sept my windshied got chiped and cracked accross the driver side windshield. called Patrick and he quoted me a great price, next day came and fixed the windshild. then last week, for some reason window was cracked, I dont know if it got chiped somehow or what the windshiled was cracked from top to bottom, called up Patrick, he came look at the windshild, took some pictures and came back a few days later with a new window FREE!!! they also have a year warrenty, so if u have a small crack, he will also come fix it for you. just great service is all I can say. read more

Found him on google that redirected me to yelp. Had a window broken and called in the afternoon the day it happened. Made an appointment to to get it fixed at 830 and he showed up on time. Like all the other reviews he did a great job and will see how it holds up. Was done by 930 and that was with some trouble due to not having an outlet nearby so he was using the vacuum from his converter on his car. He's too nice. He had a busy schedule but insisted on dealing with my rock chip very soon so the cracks wouldn't grow larger. Drove a distance to my house today and took care of it. Because the windshield was purchased through him and installed by him a few months ago, he wouldn't take any money for the repair. I had to throw bills into his passenger seat as he left. I couldn't allow him to make a special trip out to my place, spending driving time and gas, work half an hour and leave without pay. He's got work ethic and cares about results and saving the customer money more than anything else. He enjoys what he does, and takes his satisfaction in happy customers. Over two years ago I had my windshield replaced for my Acura TSX by some other company. In just a few months the side mount moldings were coming off. Called them to fix it and all they did was add more glue. It held up for about half a year.. then came loose AGAIN. Called them to repair it once more but found out that they went out of business (can't say I'm surprised). I tried buying auto glass glue to try to fix it myself but the damned thing just came off again within a month! Found Patrick here through yelp and scheduled an appointment with him. He came over the next week at my house, explained to me how he was going to fix the moldings and guaranteed it will not flop off again. Well, it's been about 8 months now and still holds strong. I had my rear driver's side window replaced. I called around and he gave me a great price. He drove over, vacuumed all the glass and even took extra time to make sure there was absolutely no glass left in the door. After completing the installation, he made sure to check if the car still started just to make sure the battery didn't die. As a word of caution though, he does run a small business, and did not answer the phone the first two times I called him. So if you experience that, be patient, and call back later. read more

Called in Friday morning of the Memorial weekend and managed to set an appointment with Patrick later in the afternoon. Not only did he arrived on time but I wasn't charged either for him to drive out to me. He gave me a quote of $230 to replace the front windshield which I felt was reasonable given the cost at other places. I was told it'll take about an hour but he was done in about 50 some minutes. He even had a printer in his truck to give me a professional looking receipt detailing the breakdown cost of the job. This is a review for service I had done in September of 2013. I was looking for someone local to replace the front windshield of my car, and came across the reviews for Strictly Auto Glass. I decided to contact Patrick, the owner, for a quote via email, to which he responded within a day. At the same time, I also had a quote from the dealership to replace the windshield with OEM glass. Patrick's quote for aftermarket glass (Pilkington, in this case) was about 1/3 of the price the dealership gave me. A word about aftermarket glass: There's a lot of talk about wind noise and distortion when using aftermarket glass. It seems like it varies a lot in terms of severity. i don't know if glass making is an exact science, but in my case I have zero wind noise. There is some distortion if you look at the glass at at an angle just off of parallel, but when you drive you don't see that, and I've noticed a lot of cars have some degree of distortion (or there's a whole lot of replacement windshields around here). Satisfied with the price Patrick gave me, I scheduled an appointment for him to come to my workplace and change out the glass. He arrived within the time he gave me, called me when he got there and I moved my car for him so he had more room to work. I don't recall how long it took, maybe two hours, and he called me to let me know he finished and I came out to take a look. He immediately pointed out an issue with my windshield that he noticed after he finished- there was a tiny reddish fiber embedded in the glass, right in the driver side field of view. He apologized for not seeing that sooner, and offered to order a replacement and come back and do it again, which he did a couple of days later. Not even an inconvenience, and his willingness to do a superior job was outstanding. As of today I've had no issues with leaking, or with anything else. Patrick did an excellent job. read more

There was a crack on my wife's Acura MDX, and the crack grew to be about 18 inches in length. I searched and compared the price on the internet and thru phone calls. There was different advice from different shops about whether the windshield on my Genesis included both a lane sensor & rain sensor. Patrick asked for my VIN number so he could double check as to which windshield was correct. The other shops just assumed they were right instead of being sure. He quickly received the windshield & did a good job installing it at my house. I called with a question afterwards (when he was closed) & he called me back IMMEDIATELY even though it was Memorial Day. I have just decided that I need to write reviews on Yelp when I have outstanding services/experiences as a way to thank everyone else for all the many, many reviews I've used on Yelp over the years. I found Patrick through other yelp reviews and have now used him three times. Each time, he was outstanding! The first time was a year ago when I bought a used converted crazy, Scooby Doo looking, high top camper van (2000 Ford Econoline). The windshield had a bit of a ping in it that quickly became a horrific spider web crack over the whole dang thing. Patrick came to the house and had the windshield replaced in less than an hour at a super reasonable rate. He really, really knows his stuff. And, he is so nice and friendly and EFFICIENT! Well, as he drove away, I got in the van, turned it on and lowered the drivers side window which.... went thump and basically dropped. I called Patrick and asked him to come back. He had the window raised and wedged in a few minutes and offered to replace it if/when I was ready. A few weeks later, I was ready and he had the thing replaced in no time ... again, at a super reasonable price. Fast forward to Saturday two weekends ago...the dog and I are in the camper van embarking on a 3,000 mile round trip adventure up to Port Townsend when the passenger window goes thunk and drops... AYE! But, now I'm somewhere up the 5 and its scorching outside. I call a place in Modesto who says, Yes! we have the part and can replace it today! I then DRIVE 30 minutes off the freeway, deep, deep into the heart of hot, dusty Modesto. I find the place. I wait another 30 minutes in the scorching sun in the van which I was pretty sure was MUCH nicer than the office of that biz... Finally, someone comes over to let me know, they DON"T have the part but can get it on MONDAY. HUH?!!! AY! So, I pay the dudes $60 just to get the window back up and secured so it doesn't fall again til I get home. On my way home, I called Patrick so he could order the part. He came out on a day when it was like, 104 degrees outside, and had the part replaced and the window fixed in no time flat at a way cheaper price than Modesto was quoting me! This guy is FABULOUS! After reading my review Patrick called and said he saw that I was unhappy with my windshield. He kindly offered to replace it for free, but I felt that that was unnecessary since there were no major problems with the windshield. I can live with the small streak and the couple tiny shards inside the windshield. He said that if I were to ever have to replace my windshield again, he would do it free! Found Patrick via recommendations through yelp. Replaced the front windshield on my 2008 Accord for $225 (labor and parts). I would say the reviews were pretty spot on. He was a really nice guy and meticulous about his work. He even let me bug him with questions as I was watching him take apart the trim and windshield.
