Last week, I ordered an exclusive-to-Paper Wishes Joanna Sheen "Houses"-themed (which is why I ordered this- I collect various architectural buildings stamps & dies) stamp/die/stencil/paper & idea magazine kit for $20- a great deal (which included a discount offered by Paper Wishes). I received it in the mail stuffed in a manila envelope with no protection nor a "Do Not Bend" or "Handle with Care"(!) So, that meant the P.O. was pretty rough with it (not their fault). I was dumbfounded by this, especially since the warehouse did not ship in a b.o.x. I replied the e-mail order confirmation admonishing whoever shipped this item that how dare they shipped my thick kit in a little box in a manila envelope like that with the money I paid for it to be shipped properly. I asked them what happened because they are supposed to be a reputable mail order company who had packed my past orders carefully(!) I requested a replacement. Owner Paulette Jarvey replied in a sarcastic tone that instead of "scolding" their sloppy ethics, to just mention that my order arrived damaged. Umm, no, it didn't really arrive damaged as in 'P.O. damaged'. It actually arrived damage because of sloppy and lazy and cheap packaging. She did apologize and immediately shipped the replacement via 2-day USPS Priority, for which I am grateful because the packaging arrived in perfect shape, as well as my entire kit. I cannot wait to get started on my projects with it :) Probable cause of this unfortunate communication: Paper Wishes greatly downsized their inventory and with a huge warehouse sale at their location and moved most stock over to Amazon and discontinued Webisodes and paper catalogs. They used furniture that was infested with moths (hundreds of them), and left behind a MAJOR moth infestation in my otherwise empty new home. When they picked up their furniture, they left chipped paint all over my floor and left all of their nails (what staging company uses actual nails in the walls?!) and holes in my walls. Instead of moving my things in, I'm having to spend time cleaning up their messes. My real estate agent, the sellers agent and I have attempted to reach them multiple times and through different means, and they have completely ignored us- literally no response at all. Please do not use this company unless you want bug infestations and piss poor customer service.

After the furniture was removed I had holes all over my walls for the art work .....on two walls they had three holes on a matching piece of art they tried to make level. Has anyone heard of using a level or laser to line up the nails to hang the art. This art was Wayfair type art....which means cheap and light weight ....they didn't need to pound in nails.....most stores have the adhesive hangars that can be removed to not damage the walls. All of the employees were nice including the owner but I am out $450.00 to hire a company to patch holes and corners and paint. To expensive for what you receive.

We chose EcoFloors not only because they had a great price (better than anywhere else in Portland that we talked to), but also because Dave deeply understood the products he was selling. For example, he had a lot of advice to offer about this type of LVP flooring and the pros/cons of using the "nose" pieces of their stairs vs. going with custom hardwood stairs. Dave was also excellent at keeping us up-to-date with inventory of the product and advising us when we needed to place our order to get the necessary supply before stock dropped too low.
